Log-In Problems

Did it ever occur to you that we don't need "calming" we need ll to get up off their dead asses and fix this problem PROMPTLY instead?

If you realy want to help let us vent our fustration with this lack of quality of service.

sorry mate but i dont "love" second life, i just enjoy playing it. Its a wonderful community "ussually" but when people start freaking out because they cant login, thats when it goes pear shaped.

I couldn't even log in. I tried for two hours after I got off work last night, n have been trying today...but that was because I was told it WAS working. I have NEVER had this many problems with SL - EVER. I've been here for over a year, and I've not once, until a few updates ago, experienced so many problems on this game. The only problems I ever had was the dumb drama ones people like to involve themselves in. I've been an SL addict for ages, I come here to enjoy shopping, that's it. That's the ONLY reason I play this game, and not being able to login is really irritating. I've gotten used to the lag. But not being able to login...and them not explaining what's going on is even more frustrating. Last time I couldn't log into a game their database was hacked and was down for 5 days...but guess what? We got reimbursed for it, and we made our own chat room to talk in for those days xD

To show you how concerned the Lindens are over this, I just got an message from a friend who managed to get on after almost four hours of trying. She went to ask live help a question and there is absolutely not one person working live help.

And this on the busiest night of the week.

im sick of listening to everyone BS..im going to bed (3am GMT).

Ah... and one more thing. Robin message in this thread let us see that they are NOT doing anything to fix it.

Being calm or not doesn't seem to be a matter of importance at the moment, at least not to me. Having just spent hours and money on helping a friend with an event (including assembling a suitable costume) I've failed to attend to give my support and enjoy myself. It's probably too late now at 3 in the morning but I keep feeling if I give it one more go I might just succeed.

(points to the bar nearest ll LOL I don't see them in the fourms posting an announcement about rolling back 1.6 till they unfuck the problems it caused noooo I see them telling me I might be one of the lucky few to get in. I see them telling me maybe this problem will be fixed Tuesday. Not good enough.

this game is glitch and bug free, no lag either.

another thing is, its a weekend if you expect them to fix it while they are on their break from their job you have to be out of your mind.

The lindens might have fucked up tech support but they do have a life.



if you spend over the 10 dollars this game cost to get in, your getting shafted.

First, it's amusing that the people telling other people to "get a life" and "stay calm" are ALSO reading these boards right along with us and jumping into the discussion and venting - so tell me, what's the diff? Why does what you're doing make YOU have a life in your opinion, but not us?

You say you know how it is not to be able to sign in, but you guys are doing nothing to fix this problem, there is a group of us ready to leave if this shit don't get fixed soon,...I love it here but this is BS we pay to play not to wait and wait for hours to even get into the game...Get off your asses and get this fixed

If anyone here does get in, be cautions of teleporting. Just got an IM from a friend who happened to get in and she said teleporting locked her up. The same thing happened to me a few hours ago.
