Re: BROWN BAG -- it can't just be in voice. It can't. It's not accessible to people who can't hear. PLEASE get someone to realize this. No, I'm not deaf, but I know people who are and they are being excluded. Also, I don't have a working mic, so I can't respond even if I can hear.

Well, I see things differently. If you move to Ursula, you will be directly in the middle of where you want to be, directly front and center with access to precisely the crowd of people that *want* to use your facility. I would think there is no other place you'd want to be. Honestly, I mean it.

I know the way this is being done leaves a lot to be desired. But you have to think about what results from it, and less about all the mess its going to take to get there. It's painful, it's messy, and hurts. But we'll all get through this.

You know I really wish things had turned out differently. At one time I did have an estate, and my goal was to create an adult oriented continent of my own. It was successful, but I grew disillusioned with LL, as many are here now. So I closed it. At the rate I was growing, it would have been probably over 100 sims by now. And I can say with certainty i would have turned as many of them needed to Adult for people just like you.

This is why you can't let LL make you give up on your dreams. That is the only way they really win. Don't do something you'll regret later.

I'm not quoting anyone but there are a very large number of NPIOF accounts out there making content and are very productive members of the community. If you do not want their money or think their money is somehow tainted then I heartily invite you to prove it by setting your land access accordingly. I will happily embrace them at my store anytime.

Also if you are so certain adult flagging will not affect your business then flag your sim adult right now and stop selling anywhere except in your adult flagged region. I.e.; prove it.

(I don't expect anyone to take this challenge since it is suicide ... obviously...)

Having sex is adult content if it's "public".

1. There are many homes in SL that have neither walls nor a roof. Are you honestly going to say that the G-Team will not treat these builds as "public", whether they're listed in search or not? Especially when Blondin has said that a nude beach with sex balls is Adult.

2. If some G-Team member thinks "being listed in search" means "public", then the fact that the build looks like a private house isn't going to stop them: there are many public builds that look just like private homes. These builds have been discussed, and looking like a house won't keep them from having to move to Ursula.

On 2 will be getting guidelines soon and will LL be making this public knowledge for its customer base anytime soon also? Many people are unaware of these changes as I think LL are starting to see

Regarding number 3, will you be releasing the changes so that we can update the SLapt wiki list as this will save people time updating and testing all the words individually for there

This is a social problem that won't be fixed by a technical solution alone. The less people inconvenienced the better, the way it's panning out people who have no interest in adult content whatsoever are getting dragged into the net.

I agree, Seriously. But I guess I wish I saw more people being proactive rather than reactive. Some examples:

- Don't complain about the word list, make a word list of your own and lobby LL to use it.
- Don't complain about the plan, make a really great one and lobby suport for it.
- Don't wave your war chest around threatening to sue, Help people to transition. (yes I'm not afraid to say that lol)

Irrelevant. I didn't write "More people FILING false abuse reports", I wrote "more people SUFFERING FROM false abuse reports". The false positive rate is already too high. This will make it higher.

The keywords et al are nice, but I want to know what you've finally decided with the move.

9 days is completely unacceptable and the offer of keeping the soon to be worthless old mainland is just a money spinner for LL. It saves you being lumbered with 250 sims of pretty worthless real estate that you'll still have to run without any hope of return until land becomes sought after once more.

Throw in 60 days worth of free tier on it and it will certainly be a sweetener that makes it worthy of consideration.

and how much further have you managed to get with coming up with a way to move all the builds?

and why is there no snow on Ursula? That manky ice looking texture has been replaced by lush green non flat semi useless land that will require yet more prims to make something of in most cases.

Can you give us a 100% guarentee that it will not be necessary to use Voice to either hear and ask ALL questions or to hear ALL replies? Because if Voice is in any way required, you are shutting out a significant portion of the Residents who either CAN NOT or WILL NOT use Voice.

Do you REALLY want me to set up a Voice connection in my home, so you can hear a huge dog barking into my mike at 110 decibels all through your meeting? That is what you'll get if I am forced to use Voice in your meetings.

Furthermore, if I am given no alternative but to attend an in-world meeting that DOES in any way use Voice, I would definitely be RECORDING the entire audio track, and paying someone to make a FULL AND COMPLETE TRANSCRIPT. Bacause what you offered as "Transcripts" of the Brown Bag meetings were no such thing. They were a synopsis of the questions you chose to pay attention to, and the replies you chose to make, with NO attributions for who said anything.

It devalues my land, and limits what I can do on it. People bought and pay tier on Mature land with the understanding that they can do whatever they want with it. Under the AC policy, that's no longer the case.

Six months from now if I decide I want to start designing and building horrible sex toys, will LL give me a land swap so I can do it?
