if there was any truth to this, you would have been in the forums, on every blog you could reach, typing at the top of your lungs "SEE! I WAS RIGHT!". you've already admitted to as much over the past few weeks. it's easy to claim all matters of evidence as long as you never have to produce any.

I believe that depicting child avatars in that place is a inappropriate depiction. That is where we differ on the subject of child avatars and the Adult continent of Zindra.

No. I agree with the Lindens when I see that it is documented that child avatars can't be depicted in or around SEXUAL content. Adult content isn't sex by default. Neither is nudity. Neither are anatomic structures. Who has a nice clean pic of Lady Justice's nipple? (^_^)y

It took me five minutes to find the damn things. Well over 90% of that sim's land area can't be seen from them, so according to Lias WORST CASE assumptions over 90% of the sim's land area and 99.53% of the volume is OK for kid toons. And she wants to ban them from 100% of it.

Thank you for changing into an adult Avatar to enter the adult parcel in Zindra - even though there is no adult content inside the build (except the large penis outside). If more child avatar people were more sensitive to the concerns stated here and in several other threads this would have been a non-issue some time ago. Linden Lab gives this 'community' more credit than they deserve. LL assumed because we should know right from wrong that we will do the right thing. We now see that people can rationalize away any act when hiding behind a avatar.

Lias - Chasing people around via PM or InWorld IMs to give them crap about what they have posted is rather obsessive - sort of like your participation in this "discussion" and your holding on to the same tired argument no matter what anyone says to you.

Brianna this discussion is not taking place to make anyone drop their argument. It is to discuss the Child avatar policy, changes that may help clear up gray areas in it and what child avatars feel is appropriate depictions.

Number of kid toons entering areas containing sexual content: zero.
Number of kid toons approaching avatars engaged in sexual behaviour: zero.

You want them to be more sensitive than that? You want fewer than zero incidents?

Black: Kid avatars can't be depicted as using, being available for use with, or in direct proximity with sexual devices.

White: Kid avatars are allowed on (Adult) land as long as they're not being depicted as using, being available for use with, or in direct proximity with sexual devices.

Works for me and is already documented. (^_^)

The gray area I'd like to kill is the (Mature) land concept of "Private content"... Or, further, while we're promised definitions about it in the FAQ, the FAQ itself contains a whole bunch of nothing on the subject. So, we have a much larger scale TOS/CS related problem where people may be unjustly ARed for having a little romp in their private homes. Thereby increasing the load on the Gteam with false ARs and resulting in a reduction of available governance support. (>_<
