KoKo, calm down. I did'nt see your question. I feel that two large penis sculptures are considered Adult content by Linden Lab. Ryan Radio was selling a non-scripted sculpty penis at his store and he had a sign outside with a picture of said penis. Linden Lab returned that picture to his inventory. So Linden Lab had considered penises out in the open inappropriate. In Zindra they are allowed because Adult Content is allowed there.

What language do you need it translated to Brenda?

When and where did that happen? Was it after the adfarmer ban was extended to non-adcut parcels? After that the restrictions on what you could advertise for sale changed significantly, but people with the same content without advertising were unmolested... even if it was outside.

If it's a child avatar in proximity to sexual content, it's an AR'able offense.

Linden Lab deemed penis' out in the public as ARable in mature parcels. In Zindra they seem to not be ARable. Does this now make it ok for child avatars to go to parcels that have large penis sculptures on the lawn? Again, this is where we split becaus eof personal reasons. I think it is quite offensive for someone to portray a small child in that situation and you geel as long as there is no sex it is ok. I believe if a blogger can incite this much conversation when a child AV enters Zindra and s photographed next to a penis avatar - that allowing the child avatars to move through out Zindra - with excuses for every adult content they come in contact with - is nto going to go over well outside of SL.
Linden Lab already caved once to the internet busybodies. Waiting for pictures of small children skipping through adult Zindra past BDSM Castles, large penis sculptures and resting in the lobbies of brothels until they react is not a proactive plan.

No, Argent you can't make everything go away. This had nothing to do with adfarminmg. Linden Lab does not allow pictures of penis outside builds in mature land. But, as we noticed today, it is allowed in Zindra.

The penis is not what would be the subject of the AR, the child avatar in proximity to it would be.

If you believe a child avatar is in unacceptable proximity to sexual content, an AR is in order, isn't it? Considering the low threshold for AR'ability of child avatars and sexual content, if you don't believe it rises to the level of being AR'able, I have to question how offensive it actually is.

SIDE NOTE: LL has stated the TOS still applies, no matter what your tourist said. That means outdoor sex is ARable. Even on Zindra.
