Imnot, you know you do not posses the common decency to change your avatar when you enter Adult Content parcels. That is why you have gone on this long in 3 threads about being able to do so as a child avatar.
I did not see any pose balls in there while I was there - but the huge penises should be a 'red flag' to you that there is adult content on that parcel. But, as you say, as long as there is not VISIBLE sex balls or sex activity - you can just skip right on in there. And that is something LL needs to address immediately/

I come in three sizes:



"Fun size", "Old enough", and "Sick of downsizing some attachments". (^_^)

None of them really have an age, but, I sometimes identify my little avatar as a kid. Thing is, she doesn't seem to have a left eye, or, there is some mechanical hardware in the socket it should be. Is little Immy human at all? (O.o)

It is also a parcel rating. If you click on ABOUT LAND and then the OPTIONS tab. Use the ANY CATEGORY drop down box and choose ADULT.
Wait a second. You're even more confused than I thought. The adult *category* is being eliminated, it's being *replaced* by the region rating.

Well this is the cusp of the issue, Caitlyn. People who insist upon wearing child avatars have no need to participate in Adult Content.


As to kids participating in adult activities, once you define 'adult' as not being a synonym for 'sexual' then, yes, child avatars can participate. Witness child vampires/other monsters in various works of fiction (and that violence is deemed 'adult' by LL).

Naw... A visible penis doesn't equal sex. What if it's a humorous indicator of a urinal room? (^_^)

Consider, I still spend part of my week dancing my little butt off in that sausage-fest of a beach. Which still qualifies as (Mature) since there is no sex. (^_^)y

If you want to RP as a small child your going to have to limit your activities to those that are appropriate. And if you are not aware of what is appropriate for a child to be involved in then your not so good at RPing as a child.


Umm ... a child in RL (and someone perfect at roleplaying one in SL) has no idea what is 'appropriate' for kids or not. Even what 'sexual content' is for that matter. All they know is that their parents told them to stay away from such-and-such a place or person or told them where they could play.

Short and cute doesn't always equal young. So, fairies, pixies, dollies, and such need not apply. It's best to treat them as the thousand year old supernatural beings they really are. (^_^)


True that. I was just at Blondin's OH yesterday and someone observed that I was technically not a human child avatar since I have a tail. :)

SIDE NOTE. I just logged in and chose to just go to MOSH in Zindra because I remembered a infohub there (to check these settings for Caitlyn). I went to the default landing point in a sim (128, 128, 0). The infohub there is now attached to a private parcel that has two huge penises on either side of that parcel's entrance way. A completely inappropriate place for child avatars to be in or around.


That is somebody building their own infocenter, NOT a Linden Info Hub attached to it.

The ANY CATEGORY area is defined as: Selecting the Publish in Search - Checking this box will show: -This parcel in search results - this parcel's public objects - this parcel in web search.


That is a search category. This means you can have it in search as adult, or Newbie friendly etc. If it was a way to flag, then it would also include PG or mature. It does not as it is not an independent way to flag your parcel.
