I went shopping today for specialty skins. In only two stores i ran across 3 kiddie avs. The last one, standing about as high as my kneecap (im only 6-4 sl) stood directly in front of a wall of naked skin displays. She turned around and saw me after a few minutes and poofed. She knew she was in the wrong technically, maybe not. No, I didnt AR her, but i was tempted, i felt Live and let live today.

But it confuses me - if the adult knows they are going to go shop for adult skins why go as a 5 year old? I downsize myself before i go certain places to avoid hassles or hate comments, so slipping into a adult shape for 10 minutes isnt going to kill them either. I know it shouldnt be that way. but with the way the US law in cali works its a must follow to stay in business.

Everything we did was a concession. I guess what you are saying is that No one in SL is going to voluntarily give up anything for any reason. And that is why I say the ban hammer needs to come down on the child avatar to nip the on going issue in the bud now because any negotiations will fail miserably.

Nonsense. We got some concessions from the Lindens, but none of us gave up an inch of ground except that Linden Lab demanded it. Giving up gracefully what you're going to lose anyway is admirable, but it's not a bleeding concession.

I then suggest banning the child avatar to stop the nonsense (see over 700 posts here on child avatars - and the others that occur once a month). The same crew says there is no pedophilia in SL, child avatars are being witch hunted and the people that do not appreciate their presence are kooks.
