I only put it up because sindy was complaining about her neighbours doing it so I thought I'd join the party.

Apart from a bit of below average terraforming there's nothing on it yet.

River front, adult, not double prim. They are boxed in on all sides by smaller parcels that the Moles cut and are still not claimed (including some 512's).

You can make up any price you like (no precedant exists) , but I'd try for $L10 per sq. m. That's what good mainland mature is selling for these days.

You could gouge a bit but then you will be living next to them. Best to be nice if you can afford it. I am guessing that they might pony up a bit more given the circumstances.

Yeah, they would appear to be some problems in the neighborhood to iron out.

I know I was there at that time with a few others from the forum I am tracking and have been tracking this since the first blog announcement and have read every thread on the dam subject and been to 2 BB meetings and its still as big a shambles as it was before they set the move date

Beauty is in the the of the beholder.

The problem words are view and near. Front and frontage are getting better prices. Also people are getting much more picky about what the neighborhood looks like. it's most definately a buyer's market.

Traditionally summer sales are slow. Unless you are despeate, don't panic sell. Start (or keep) posting in the real estate sections or forums here, Xstreet and SLU.Drop notecards to all of the other owners on your sim, and IM as well.

Before you get too het up though it was the equivalent of historic oriental porn on pg land. All the same, LL seem to be taking an interest in art these days.

You know I read this thread and it really winds me up. I know I shouldnt lol but I like to be kept in the loop.

Ban lines - pretty peeved at one thing Gomez found (my partner). One of the plots we chose, and lost, is waterfront. We chose that one cos it looked nice and would have been a nice view from our premises. HOWEVER, the person who got the land now has ban lines up and a SKYBOX. Why the hell get that water front plot for a bloomin SKYBOX and bare on the ground? Bloomin wasted if you ask me.

AND 2 more days till they even THINK about looking at the tickets again as they were put on hold. Don't you just want to find the REAL lindens and shake them till they get the point about how we are all feeling.

As for Miss Cheesywatsit (cant remember the name lol) thats just taking the P**S now.

Come on LL pull your socks up and take a really good look. If we can see whats going on why the hell cant you? There are real adult businesses out there in limbo waiting for the move while others take the mickey.

ok, it was on a PG sim... - so, i feel no heat, but it seems they clean up serious now.

Realistic seen: I saw Shunga Art when I was 5 in an art lexicon from my parents library....it is very, very, very harmless, but this is maybe depending by which social and open minded or cultural mentality one was grown up.

Shunga is also sometimes to see in our usual daily medias/newspapers/magazines/tv for reasons, maybe if an article is about asia's ancient cultures etc., I think everyone has seen this sometimes - it is just common, not hidden and not judged as "porn" and esp. in parts of >Europe not "rated".

Hmmm, even at old austrijan church buildings are naked sculptures...some with a hint of decent genitals...

Shunga is maybe a bit more detailed. Sometimes, But no one will die by a heart-attack by seeing it.

It is just kind of drawen erotic poetry, to give it a metaphore.

Same with India's tantra sculptures, etc. at temple areas

But ok, PG. If they would start to clean up Mature land from art like this, I would be in relative angry mode again.

I take it to notice, that they started to jump on art. So far on PG sims.

This is from a resident, rather than one of the Lindens, but, frankly, with attitudes like THIS being presented as the social norm within SL, why would we be surprised that LL is moving against art sims?
