I am honestly more interested in the ones that were processed, but of course almost all these people are refusing to give any ticket details.

Well yes, but they can't have a rule that says they have to stop processing all other tickets when one gets stuck for some silly reason. So yours got sidetracked just as it would ordinarily have completed, in sequence, I think. I mean, yours got stuck at 8:39, and one that came in just shortly after yours got completed about two and a half hours after that. So that's not completely implausible, right?

Mind you, I'm not arguing that this is going well at all. I just think we need to look carefully at what evidence we can get, to see if there's anything conclusive with which to really confront them.

Just reading, and feeling so bad for you guys still waiting. Just curious though, why would anyone be unwilling to share ticket filing details?

Not going to post names because that is unfair, but flying around the new adult contient i found three online that got land, two refused to give any ticket details, the third refused to even answer the im.

It beggars belief that LL still have time to send bulk email that even they admit as "spam" - just got another one about "Win L$10K" by going to thier Facebook page!

That's 2 now - one of 19th June about SL6B and now this one today BUT STILL NOTHING ABOUT THE ADULT MOVE...

I swear they are just doing this to wind us all up!!!

That's my issue. I didn't see anything at all on hwo to submit the ticket until I checked here and I rarly check here cause I have little time during work to do investigation. TO boot they wanted me to write down Adult activities on a ticket I had to submit during work. By the time i got done it was like 2 hours later. BTW approaching 24 hours now I think.

Sadly Concierge dont seem to have (or are not letting us know) anything about the ticket progress so far - Live chat just now:

Gomez_Bracken: ok, thank you. It's just a little frustrating that I submitted my ticket just 35 mins after opening and see many parcels being allocated.... It's very hard to judge how long it will take to be allocated with no information being published - even though it's supposed to be first some first served...

B******: It is going to be processed that way, but we just need to be patient now

Actually it's 25hrs now and they've still not got to 10:03. Brie is still waiting for hers to be processed and her first choice is still set to governor linden.

That means they've processed less than 80 tickets in the last 25 hrs.. and that's working around the clock.


I feel like visiting one of those violent places in world and inviting Lindens. I will bring my Qhud :) BUt they would just cheat and pull the land out from under my feet.

I've received it too.. it really is like shoving salt in the wounds..

afaik it's against the ToS to have an avatar account there. It supposed to be for humans. If I had a face book account I'd go check it out because every person who does what LL asks and uses an avatar is effectively putting a neon sign above their head and begging to have the account cancelled.

Huh? FB has a special section 'just for SL avatars', that's linked to one's 'real' FB page.

Now up to 10 asked, 4 offline, 6 refused to give any ticket details, though amazingly three claim to have filed at 10:00:01 the reply was almost exactly the same for each.

None of those three would provide a ticket number

Very good! Much german people asked for that and I found only fragments before, after long search along the weeks - but it seems it is complete now, analog to the english KB's.

A club-owner couple asked me yesterday again where to find something official written and to explain the whole complexity in IMs plus translating is very hard since my brain is not a hard disk. So, these info sources from Blondin and concentrated provided on slapt.me is very appreciated.

I find it nice, that he sended it.


Yes as soon as I got the note card I got them there and I thanked him for getting them to the slapt.me wiki as I know a lot of people are reading it and sometimes its easier to find things all in one place than searching the main wiki on this subject atm :)

Hehe, that reminds me of how they kicked half of the mentors last year. I moved in RL and had no chance to get to the internet for anything but my mails. So I missed the deadline and was kicked.
Any other service provider announces changes by mails to their customers, but mails from LL are not on the side of information.

Well, we talk business here, Zindra first is a place for business, adult business. That's why they asked us about the adult stuff we want to move.

So ... my ticket is of 10.22, looks like I have no chance to move to Zindra before 2 or 3 weeks as they say.

So for being about 20 minutes late I might get punished with 3 weeks of showing patience, while others build their businesses already and sell ... is that how service providers work nowadays?

Yes, it does. I only have a FB page, because a rl deaf group I am president of has a FB group there. So my personal FB page is closed/locked, I don't use it at all, just opened it for that reason, so I could be part of that one group but, did notice the SL connection, if one wants to 'add your SL avatar' to one's FB page......what I'm not sure of, does that put your rl info out there, if your SL info is linked to your rl page. Unknown if FB keeps the 2 seperate or not, would need to check it out more.

The only way that time would be possible would to submit the correct information needed for the ticket at the exact time the ticket system opened...

That surely can't have happened... I mean... for that to happen, you'd need to script a little program to submit the form with the right fields and choose the right ticket type....

and none of us knew what the right ticket type and fields would be until it opened...

right....?

So, if you read further back, i got in live chat asking about ticket processing, the out of order tickets, ect.

So, i filed a specific ticket with request to a supervisor asking why, in fact its not first come, first serve.

Its still sitting as NEW in my ticket history, along with my land swap ticket that was filed at 10:03 am. and is currently past 26 hours with not being touched.

HOWEVER!

I got in live chat this morning, was told a supervisor was looking into my complaint, and i will be 100% Honest when i say.....

at 6:29am, SLT, after *I* was awake longer than i will admit to, my nerves being too shot to sleep due to all this, I fell asleep after waiting over 30 minutes for a response. Apparently a supervisor, who did NOT contact me in world, *checked my ticket* but its still new status.

So i wake up, about 5.5 hours later, and both my tickets still new, and i have NOTHING in world (all my IMS log) so even though SL crashed, i had zero offlines, and no IMS from anyone in world to ask, clarify, acknowledge, or otherwise..

but the land is still 100% full sim, and both my tickets *new*

Anyone care to offer some insightful wisdom? If you read my chats with live help, i said repeatedly that i don't mind waiting MY turn, but with a 10:03am ticket filed, and skipped, something stinks.

my patience, has in fact, reached its limits.

hmm perhaps I should set up an account and post one of my items. Because of the way XSL is set up I can advertise a lot of my bondage toys in the pg section and I have a few in the house and garden section..

Then it's just a matter of rounding people up to vote for it..
