What seems to be beyond YOUR limited comprehension is my repeated, persistent request for you to take a stance on the TOS violation within SL represented by *any* harvesting of IP addresses for the purpose of tracking into RL or outing alts.

Well hey I agree with you, I was once dillusional myself and thought Prok was being wrongly badgered as well when heshe first started, I even defended him/her. But then I had a IW confrontation with himher that showed me that heshe was paranoid and really not all there. I started off by asking a simple question and then in return got a 60 min rant of everything and anything that had absolutely nothing to do with my question. It was that experience that my blinders came off and the paranoidati was born.

Prok is his/her own worst enemy. For the record, my comment directed at you was not because of your defending poor helpless prok, it was because it was very apparent in your response that you didn't know the whole story and was making assumptions probably based on what you heard, not read.

OK, thanks, Cristiano. It's not a very clear statement, and I suggest that you reword it on your website so that it is crystal-clear that Sluniverse.com does not track IP addresses for the purpose of tracking posters to RL or for the purpose of outing alts.

Since you've made only a very angry, and very reluctant and very backed-into kind of statement about your avoidance of these practices I'm still not going to view your site as trustworthy.

When I can see some language on your site about your policy regarding RL disclosure and alt-linkages, I'll be happy to applaud.

Meanwhile, your evasiveness on this issue only lends credence to my original statement and takes you very very VERY far from every having "a leg to stand on" in any court of law -- which of course would throw out such a frivolous lawsuit in the first place.

My opinions about Prokofy are based on my expereince of the man. My contact with him in game has always been positive, and he has been helpful to e on a number of occasions. As far as I am concerned the forums are not the place to evaluate anyones character.

Similary I donlt let Prokofy's positions on people affect my expereince of them. I'm a big boy, I can pick my own friends and make my own choices. I do however, as part of my own ethos, give everyone the benefit of the doubt.
