I thought that was how they were determining that you did qualify for a swap..
that the land had to be used for adult commerce..

I know i have heard of some people that have packed up early before LL came out and they had to run another ticket because their content was off the land..

/me really hasn't been paying attention to this stuff lately but.. er.. this sorta sounds like they're address a complaint that many have had: that people without adult content are getting in on the swaps.

If your description is adult but you don't really have adult content, like, say, a land baron, should you get in on the swaps?

Why shouldn't everyone who wants to be "Adult Content" not be allowed to be?

Their Mature Parcel was "Adult Content" enabled under the old system

I was just pointing out that what they're doing sounds a lot like what many complained they were not doing, just a short time ago.

well actually the description to be rated adult content is pretty much for commerce..

The auctions are for those that want to have the freedom of adult content like having sex on your front yard or whatever or anyone that wanted to buy..

I do think that we warned LL about speculators on Zindra and a number of other issues related to this stuff. We warned them a bunch of times.

Where is the lie?

Anyone can move to the adult continent, however only adult businesses will be eligible for the land swap.

The qualifications for land swap eligibility have been made perfectly clear for months.

We should offer LL no excuse not to have to make as many Zindra Parcels as they can to accommodate the 2-4% (BWAHAHAHA) of perverts who want in.

Some land speculation is a small price to pay for reducing the impact of censorship.

Well, at least one seller of adult content has been denied a move that we know of.

How full is it getting in Zindra anyways? is it packed or is it part desert there?

1) That was not a prerequisite in the Begining, the Commercial nature was not a requirement.

2) The precipitate for this thread IS a business that cant get a Zindra Parcel. A Business that sells adult skanky, slutty, pornographic worded Tatoos. As well as having sex balls in their place of business for public use.

3) And of course it isnt the only business being denied. IF what you say is true and it was businesses all along .. Blondin says quite clearly if they want to move they can. Doesn't say a damn thing about buying a parcel.

I didn't put two posts together, the quoted Question by me was DIRECTLY answered by Blondin with the Blondin quoted portions.

And this Land Swaps were very much part of the Question and the resulting answer.
