Love, that conversation would have been infuriating to me! I can't believe you spent that much time on her. Although I'm guilty of doing the same at times. There was a guy who I spent far too much time trying to convince I was not interested in becoming part of his "stable". He tried every trick in the book, telling me how lucrative it was.
