This is the same as every other neighborly dispute. I believe the answers have been:

1. talk to the neighbor and see if it can be solved between you two
2. move away to a new location
3. wait until they leave
4. put up walls to screen them out

Seriously, if you find this a problem, whether it's beastiallity or just BDSM or sexchat in general, you should consider moving to a PG sim or island as even if this one leaves, you could end up with worse in 3 neighbours time, or perhaps buy the view, next time it's for sale.
They brought land on mature sim because they intended to use it for this purpose, if they can't, I guess they should have been warned before purchase somehow. So maybe the kidzone signs would be good in future. Talk to them by all means, maybe screens and they can move some stuff to the other side and use your end as the Landing or shopping zone, but remember they probably didn't realise "kids" were really present at the time of purchase and if they did , well it's mature land at a good price that suited their needs.

Regarding the OP: As long as Mari hasn't talked to the new neighbours yet, there is not much to say. With a bit of luck they will try to find a solution together, not many people are happy to be in trouble with their neighbours (despite what our always positive Ricardo may think ).

Regarding the rest of the reactions: Often I wonder how many of you are vegetarians? Lets get real, we live in a world where killing an animal to eat it (or to wear its skin) is accepted, and f*ckin it is so very wrong. Having sex with animals isn't normal. Real life or virtual. It's just plain wrong. Such behaviour has no place in Second Life. It's this kind of crap going on that makes the rest of us who are here for "normal" stuff look bad, because it's not the good stuff that ever makes it into the media.

I can't figure out why you can't understand what my post was referring to. You're just picking and choosing what suits you as to what is and isn't real. If you think having sex with animals in SL is fine because they aren't "real", then that's no different from pixel child porn in SL which has been cracked down on, hard. So if the content is not real, neither is the money that you have made from selling your 'pretty things for pretty girls', thus you'll have no problem giving it away to other people.

Mari I really dont have any advice to offer on this one..its a toughie..I can see both sides. There was always this risk when living on Mature land, I can only hope they are approachable. I like to think I am a good neighbour and would happily work with my neighbours to make everyones time in sl less complicated...but sadly not everyone is like that.

They truly may come back at you saying.."well we picked this land as its mature and the covenant suits" if there is one) I just don't know what recourse you have because of that
