If Siggy is getting more slack, then it's because the people cutting him it are amused by his antics. It could also be that your postings have not amused those same people. No one on this thread knows. Well Siggy knows how many warnings he's gotten. Human nature is to favor people who make us laugh.

What baffles me is why you continue the dialog. If it is so unpleasant... If it makes you feel so crappy, then why not just put him on ignore. One click and your world is a happier place. OMG, if only we could have a mute button in real life.

Back when you were annoying me, I had you on ignore for months. When I didn't care anymore, I took you off. Worked wonders for my disposition and blood pressure.

I'd like to know because I'm trying to work out if you're a sexist or not.

Words are just words. It's the context that is telling. I'm not a big cusser in real life, unless I really lose my temper, which is rare but scary when it happens. Even in SL I rarely use curse words or "dirty" words, even though I am well-known for saying very perverted or sick and twisted things.

It's not the words themselves, but how you use them. I can say many very offensive or somewhat shocking things without using any words that are considered even borderline, and can certainly put forth filth using very "clean" language.

I love words. And I love when they are used artfully to put forth an idea or opinion. Humor, anger, romance, wit, honesty, etc., can all be done so well with words spoken or typed in the right fashion.

However. Words are indeed just words, until put into a form, and in a context, that communicates ideas, thoughts and emotions.

I'm very hard to offend, and someone spouting words usually can't offend me unless they are doing so to be intentionally cruel or bullying. Really...why be offended and grow angry over words used. Actions are much more important and telling when it comes to judging someone or deciding to be offended.

I say let there be freedom of words both here on the forums and inworld, and let folks be judged on not what words they use, but by the context, or intent with which they are used, and above all, by the actions that they take.

Go back over this thread and see what I have called you (based or unbased in fact).

I think you'll find something surprising... That just about every single thing you 'revile' or are insist I am doing - is coming from yourself..

Very little is coming from this except asking you to back up your claims with proof and justify the myriad of things you've said.

I think the nastiest thing I've done here is implied you are a bit of a stalker... and judging from responses you've come over that way to others too.

I am amused by Siggy sometimes, too. But I would have liked for them to EDIT those things he said to me. I don't even care about the warning. I just think it is horrible to leave that sort of thing up.

As for what you said to me, I didn't keep any of them but two - the shitheel one, to see if they edited that, and this other one, below. It was after this other one - after AR'ing it, and then a few days later AR'ing it again if they didn't notice it - for being a personal attack, and nothing at all happened - that I started keeping them to see just how outrageous these forums really are. Then, after peaking at the Lewis Nerd conversations, things got better, and I stopped paying any attention.

But yes I am intimidated. And not just by you, but by these forums.

I thought that was clearly a personal attack. But - apparently it wasn't. That's why I prefer other forums.

Now I'm willing to take back the sexual harrassment thing, largely because you are sort of an equal-opportunity provider with these things.

But I did feel that it PERSONALLY was harrassment - to me - because you knew I wouldn't respond in kind, and one just doesn't walk up to a woman and say these things, IN MY CULTURE. If I'm going to let you off the hook as to having any intention to be sexually harrassing about anything., you can just chalk it up to my own personal reaction, and allow me to FEEL that, even as I can allow that you had no such intention.

I think that's really the crux of the matter. The actions are inconsistent with the words. If there were actual intimidation, you'd think the purported victim would use the forums less or something, or at least avoid confrontation.

Well, Enabran, I've had a year of this to decide that I don't want to put up with it any more, or be intimidated by it any more. The day I invited him over to SC was the day I'd finally had enough of it.

You dared him to join you in the SC forums. You called him a coward. You taunted him. You then claimed to be intimidated by him, and now threatened, and you can't come up with an explanation as to why you would invite him to continue to harrass and intimidate you.

This is you all over, Cocoa. This is you to a T. This is why you are treated the way you are treated, and this is why you deserve every single thing you get. Not because you're a woman, but because you're a liar, and a game-player, and are quite willing to make very serious (and criminal) accusations against someone else just to garner sympathy and continue your martyr complex. I'm willing to say it isn't sexual harrassment, as he is after all equal opportunity about it, saying the same things to men as to women. I conceeded that early on in this thread.

Next point - if you will all notice the CONTEXT of the message I sent that she is quoting. It is a reply FROM ME - TO HER for crying 'attack attack he's attacking me' on a post that had absolutely nothing to do with her.
