The regions Oatmeal 12, 15 and 16 are open to the public and have been rated PG (oatmeal 12) Mature (oatmeal 16) and Adult (oatmeal 15). Use your map to search and teleport in to see if you're account has been verified.

Best results happen with the RC 1.23 but 1.22 will work as well if you've updated your account. But the RC 1.23 will allow you to physically go into your preferences and set your maturity level.

As somebody who's going to ask for a full ursula region, I'm getting nervous about the talk of LL only starting with 70 or so at first and no talk of when we're going to look around. Any news on this front?

Wait: what? I've been trying to build an exhibit explaining how to adult-verify and how to test verification, and I don't know what this means. If "updated" here means "verified" then all is cool, but if there's some other step needed to enable adult access with the 1.22 viewer, I really need to know about that.

Also, as long as I'm begging for clarification about this stuff: in an earlier post* I fussed about an alt who couldn't adult verify by depositing funds into XstreetSL. Now at least he gets a web page where that would be possible, but I understand there's a bug that prevents that funding source from qualifying as adult verification in-world, at least for the moment. So... can I trust that will be fixed between now and SL6B? Or do I need to make the description even more complicated ("this is supposed to work and might someday, but for now, expect it to fail"?

Actually, along those same lines, there are continued reports that PIOF does not get reflected in-world and that only by using the payment info does anything actually get updated. Accounts that got to be PIOF back when that worked do have access to Adult land, but there seems no reliable way to get PIOF now. Will that be fixed also, or does the explanation have to reflect that failure condition, too?

It works for me in the 1.22 and 1.23 viewers, but payment information of file is still not being recognized in-world for the alt account I tried.

I deleted payment information, re-added it, tried multiple viewers and cache clearing. Nothing helped. I cannot set the preference to access adult content for that avatar.

PIOF - does not work

so you might like to re raise this and send a note to Blondin so he can get it sorted. He was very interested yesterday when it looked like the ads were being split over pg and mature so I'm sure he'll be interested in this.

It's kind of weird. Like a blank test area. Does this mean we have to start all over from the beginning. When do we get to buy adult land? I asked on the live chat but was told there is no planned date as yet. There seems to be a lot of land for sale on the mainland and yet it hardly seems worth buying at this point. What do others think? Is it likely that mainland mature land will see a massive price drop over the summer. It seems implausible that swathes of land should remain on the market at quite high prices when it is clear that a lot of people like me are postponing making any decisions about where to base ourselves until we have a clearer picture of what adult land is.

I visited Adult oatmeal 15 - fine - why is it any different from the mature land i bought in Baramdoli and Bora when i first joined. I am not happy. Is this really just being done for age verification purpose. This is insane.

I have reopened MISC-1978 and updated the description.

That's one of the biggest put offs of the JIRA to me, besides it being incredibly tedious to use, the fact that anyone can open , close, reopen,reclose an issue whether they are a Linden or not. It doesn't make much sense to me.
