Now that she has your attention, and got you to site the TOS about derogatory and demeaning language and images, one can guess what she plans to do now. I'm certain there are some members of the Lindens who already have a headache thinking about it.

Firstly, this would cause massive problems for Sim Owners.
Secondly, this would cause massive problems for just plain old Residents trying to get into the aforementioned Sim Owner's Sims, I.E. A renter trying to get into a now locked-down Sim. (Adult Sim+Not-Adult Resident.)
Thirdly, the "third party that doesn't sell your information" line is complete and utter horseshit. (Excuse my French.)
And lastly, You guys need to work on fixing the HORRENDOUS lag problems the game has had since birth, as well as its many, MANY other problems before adding even more stuff to it that WILL go wrong.

forth Native american do not hold the patant on that perticular look, it can be found as far back as Pre BC mediterian life.

The problem is advertising and selling fake Native American culture in public.

It's actually a violation of federal law in the US if you claim it is Indian made. In any case, it is an exploitation of Native American people.

As stated, it's not actually claiming it's Indian made, the symbol is not officially linked to such things, and it has nothing to do with Native Americans. And honestly, the only thing I've seen in SL yet, out of EVERYTHING I've seen since joining, that has ever degraded the image of 'Native Americans', is your attitude! Please do your people a favor and stop speaking for them, you are giving them a really bad image.

Gor BDSM and Nudity will not be adult. as a lifestyle granted one you may not like (and thats fine its not everyones cup of tea).. But as a whole it isn not sexual Overt unless your walking into the back rooms of Illicit clubs and those will be adult. but you will still get to see people on leashes and walking around nakied on mature sims.
