That's "authoritatively refuted", with direct reference to the ToS and eye-witness accounts of people present at the alleged incidents.

Linden Lab officially states that child avatars who have been verified (WHO ARE STILL ADULTS, THEY SAY THAT TOO) ARE allowed on Adult-rated properties. They also state that this does not allow them to engage in ageplay, which they themselves have defined as child avatars being engaged in sexual conduct or being in places where sexual conduct is happening, or that have the necessary paraphenalia such as poseballs to facilitate sexual conduct.

Now, Zindra is a continent owned by Linden Lab, where all parcels are rated Adult. Said rating, according to Linden Lab's own information, not precluding the presence of child avatars. They have also admitted that not every location on said continent will contain sexual material inappropriate for child avatars to be around. There are also places on Zindra where such conduct and content is absolutely forbidden and will always be forbidden. Therefore there are places where even you, Lias, cannot ever legitimately claim that a child avatar cannot be. Your continued refusal to acknowledge this is why I say you have deliberately chosen to turn off your brain.

And yet the question still remains: Adult content that is a parcel that is deemed Adult by the owner but does not have the sex balls or sexual activity present AT THE MOMENT. Is the child avatar allowed there?

Why would a person in a child avatar go to a parcel marked 'Brothel'? Because the current rules permit it, that is why. Child Avatars are the only avatars directly mentioned in the TOS for a reason. One can look back in these threads and see their response to this issue and understand that they have a problem figuring out what is an inappropriate depiction of child avatars/ Sadly Zindra will prove once again that people wearing child avatars need special restraints in the TOS so they do create more negative publicity for the entire platform.

Imnotgoing: You will talk your way around that also - But no other avatar type has these restrictions placed om them. And we need more clear restrictions on child avatar peopel to keep them out of Adult business' that do not have sex acts on their lawns.
