Geez - everyone that Pep picks on about spelling and/or grammar seems to be dyslexic yet they never seem to have near the intensity of spelling issues of many of the RL dyslexic people I know.

I've never understood the use of the word gay as an insult. As far as I can tell the trend started in America some years ago, it hasnt entered widespread use this side of the Atlantic divide although I have heard it used. I just dont understand whats so insulting about it as a swearword: Either you are gay, in which case it makes no odds; or you are not gay, in which case it's wrong and makes no odds.



This is true they are only words, but being called faggot sucks! Where I come from thems fighting words! I myself would agree that its kind of "faggy" or "gay" for a straight dude to be going around with a female avatar slutting out with guys on SL. (but what the hell its good clean fun) The thing is I wouldn't go out of my way to verbally attack someone like this clown did. And I definitely wouldn't say it to an actual gay person, I've got no qualms with they way they want to live their lives, its a free country. Hey I was just being honest on this thread, if you get down to it I would bet at least half of all supposed female avatars in SL are really men, its hard to say but thats what it seems like to me. (Just look at which girls are the most bitchy, thats who the real ones are, just joking!)
