I will share my view:

I hate random people engaging me while I am busy, kindof like Group IM's and people popping in while I am creating stuff , any kind of interruptions... and no..since I do not really exist I am not worried who sees me naked or screwing someone.. it is make believe.

If I am just hanging out.. I love people to pop in and I will talk to anyone who has a pulse and has anything interesting to say.

As for neighbors... as in RL I don't sit on my porch and shoot at anyone that comes near my homes, I typically invite them and make friends, if even superficially. It makes no sense fighting with someone who you have to live with on a daily basis.

I started out using access controls the first week I owned property here, but after seeing the mess they make in a neighborhood I chose not to bother. So what.. occassionaly I get a present left for me, so I just nuke it back to thier Lost and Found..

I prefer the use of Orbs over Land Controls, because they are invisible.

If I fly around and get orbited by a security device without given enough notice to redirect my lagging cartoon character, I will consider comming after you.. haha

oh.. and ..btw.. is code for Waaaaaaahhhh ?

My brothers did that a lot apparently. Dad was always screaming "Will you come out of that Goddamn Bathroom".

On Orbs and Banlines, I don't use them, i don't even lock my doors anymore. But people pay for their space , so if they wish to control access, it's none of my business. yes you don't have real privacy, someone can Cam in but if they are that bored they need to do that for entertainment, well what can I say. But at the very least I don't have to have the drama of explaining to them their presence is not welcome , avoiding cages or other nonsense, although the couple of time I ejected someone was fun. As with most things SL, however you want to do things is none of my concern. I do wish people would set orbs to a reasonable time though. Some are a little quick on the trigger.

Meeting new people is not the same as meeting people who just barge into your house uninvited and unanounced. And the guy who brings chicks over to use my bed is not trying to make my acquaintence anyway.

I welcome you to come get orbited and pursue me, I'll give you choice of sandboxes, just don't file an AR when your unable to connect anymore.

I had to turn build off and autoreturn on for non group members on my property. The garbage left there was just unreal! What posesses people to just leave their prims everywhere??

I didn't ask whether you would insult me. I just told you to get an easier pronounced named alt so when we all need to tell you off and/or mute you it takes less effort.

I'm just thinking of the good of my fellow forums regulars.
