Lemme get this straight, they wore a titler that anyone can change and then got upset about the title set? Take it off, reset the script. Am I missing something?

IIRC, subs have the right to say NO. Slaves are different, but then they have a choice - get a new master. Log in with a normal viewer and cut the ties.


This is all a sidetrack, but that's often the crux of power in a D/s relationship. Basically the consequences of actions: being let go. RL or SL, it's all the same.

Love, I know that some people enjoy that kind of play or that kind of dynamic. But if we are talking about the sub complaining about it, what the hell are they doing in the relationship then? If a person wants that kind of abuse, take it like a man/woman and go on. If they don't want it, then they need to be the adult they certified that they are at account signup and make a choice that makes them happy.

The only time I've retitled anyone wearing one I made it say "I feel sorry for XXX for having to wear this."

When the wearer thanked me, I didn't know if it was a sincere thank you, a sarcastic thank you, or a "thank you sir may I have another" thank you. In retrospect, I wonder. :)

I'm certainly not arguing. I did state earlier that I didn't think they should have been wearing it to begin with.

Perhaps. It's really an individual thing. It's not impossible that the sub wants to be forced to do something they really don't want to do... Yeah yeah, odd as hell. But one such example is a person who is physically aroused by serving someone... the more personally distasteful, the better. Though frankly, an evil titler isn't exactly going to push their boundaries in all likelihood. And yes, it's obvious that such a sub ultimately does want to do it, but well... you get my point I hope.

Perhaps that girl (assuming she was a sub) should have dumped her owner instead of yelling at the OP? ;)

Because the guy who responds to a slap for being a jerk with "Whoa, sorry babe" is still hero material, and the guy who swings into foul-mouthed abuse is still villain material.

That might be seen as in invitation to connect the mouth directly to the jerk gland, and she may even mean it that way, but that doesn't mean everyone wearing that shirt's going to. Sometimes, you're going to get a false positive. Be a man and take it with style, or don't act like a jerk in the first place.

I would say the Vast majority of people using evil titlers are *not* bdsm people, but rather the one who like public attention of having thier "evil titler" broadcast thier names every hour or whatever.

I personly dont know any Dommes who use them, mostly because if they want to put a title over thier subs head 95% of bdsm collars allow them to do so. They dont want "joe schmo" putting a title over thier subs head... that would be giving up some of the power.

Also if a sub was *really* against wearing one, they would/should just safe word it and talk to their domme about it.

The vast majority or bdsm tops would not force someone to wear something they were not comfortable with.. and the few that would force the issuse arnt worth the bother and are best left behind.

Yes, I agree, she showed no style at all either. Neither did the hypothetical movie character wearing a "&$%#&$% me" T-shirt to suck in her ex-husband because he's a jerk. Regardless, if you're going to be a jerk you should expect to be slapped for it, and you should take it like a man when you are.

Come on, Pep, he's whining on the forums because he got into a fight with someone over an 'evil titler' and got banned from some club over it. And people are trying to defend this?

I've been banned from a sim because I didn't know it was "humans only". The sign stating that hadn't even had a chance to rez. So... I learned something about the kind of people running that sim, cheap. Starting a drama thread about it? Never even entered my head.
