So why are kids on Zindra?

I promised myself that I wouldn't post again into this recurring nightmare, but:It's simply impossible that any sane person could think that those who are promoting a more diverse Zindra are *anti*-Adult Content. That's quite simply and quite completely insane. (As is imagining common cause with someone who has hundreds of thousands of square meters of Mature Mainland that won't be swapped.)

Someone who rents out a vast amount of Mature Mainland that won't be eligible for a swap has a vested interest in the failure of Zindra and Adult estate sims. It would be disastrous for her if the majority of SL residents become adult-verified--one effect of increasing the diversity of content on Zindra.

I feel like a kid coming into an adults conversation here but what are you all talking about? I read what I could but it seems all off-base and a bit esoteric. Kids aren't allowed right? And in Zindra they cant just pop on as "children avis" right? Coz that would imply child sex is allowed and that is just f**king disgusting. People who want to play at being kids have plenty of space in PG sims. They cant expect to look like they are 12 and be allowed into a brothel. And let's be honest, Zindra is gonna be one big brothel and orgy room. Teenagers are trickier but 18 is a good cut off age and if a person is age or payment proven then young adult appearance should be fine. In my case I am attracted to any older man anyway so I just hunt for them.

This is where you suddenly make a switch from kids playing SL to adults playing AS a kid in SL.


Most SL brothels and such will probably have a "no child avatars allowed" rule. But beyond that, it's already getting greyish to say the least. You probably don't want a child avatar in a place that has explicit pictures on ads all over the place and completely naked poledancers, with explicit comments flying back and forth.
However, if there was a place where there would be no fully nude poledancing (so girls would wear about as much as they do on your avarage family beach), no explicit adverts, or sexually orientated open chat (keep it in IM's rule), then things become slightly less clear already. And yes, such places do exist, I've seen a couple of twenties' style clubs that had these exact rules. As long as the child-avatar does not engage in the sexual part of the content (no engaging in sex, whether it be in chat, IM or humping in the skybox above), there isn't anything to AR or whatever an adult playing a child avatar in that location.


Seeing some residents who are planning to relocate their store, venue or even their HOUSE to Zindra, I find this highly doubtful. Public adult content will be on Zindra, but so will private adult content (some residents want to move just because they have a painting of a naked woman on their wall) and public mature and public PG content. It's up to the owners of the parcels to allow or disallow child-avatars as they see fit while abiding the TOS, and upto the child-avatars to abide those rules or they WILL get a correct AR after them.

Not "kid players", no. "Kid toons", yes, in areas that have no adult content or activities, just like anywhere else on the grid. The restriction on kid toons is not based on the rating of the sim, it's based on the actual content of the area and parcels... which is a good thing, because there's not nearly enough room on Zindra for all the private orgy rooms on the grid.
I hope not, but if it is then there won't be any parcels outside the infohubs they can visit, so that would make it a moot point.

What this is about isn't about "yeah, kid toons should be allowed into pornville", it's about "wait to see if it's really wall-to-wall pornville before worrying about whether there's kid toons there".
