LL is gathering all the porn, prostitution, strippers, etc to Zindra and excluding that content from the rest of the grid. I would say that makes it the defacto region for adult activities.. Angel you are the porn queen of SL. It is hypocritical of you to even complain of such a thing when you and your at the time partner Briana Dawson brought the first porno video clips for mass sale distribution into Second Life with your porno stores all over the grid back then. |

To me a child avi entering a 'sexual situation' is a child avi heading to land labelled ADULT. You'd expect to see nudity, you'd expect to see sex, expect to hear sex, expect to read sexual content. On my first visit there I was propositioned, now I'm sure I'm not the only one who's visited and been that lucky, any avatar could have been...Kiddy or not but I'd expect that kind of behaviour on the land the lindens have designated to be the 'adult continent'. If the Lindens are ok with child roleplayers viewing and engaging this content I hope they're ok with the police reports that follow.... I know for sure I won't go back there until child roleplay is banned from areas marked adult. If it's not sorted within the week I'd have no qualms about discussing this 'roleplay' with the likes of CEOP uk. Simulated/imaginary or not this is WRONG. It certainly falls under the obcenities act in my country. I've nothing against people who want to roleplay as kids but not in areas designated for sex, violence, drugs and booze. You misunderstand the situation. It is not permissible for child avatars to *engage in sexual ageplay*, anywhere on the grid. However, child avatars are allowed to *view* sexual and violent situations. We are not trying to protect innocent young eyes and minds here...all the kiddie avs are actually over the age of consent. The prohibition against sexual ageplay is intended to deny pedophiles an outlet (and a possible aggravation for) their perversion. _____________________

I just came from bronlen, there is a nice soccer field with ball rezzer there, sure had a blast and broke no rule, no single sexual activety in sight.
Even if someone did as sugested by one poster and took off their clothes to AR then it would their ass that is on the line, afterall they are naked, not the child av. |

As far as I know, no land has been bought and traded at this time. Those who were there yesterday were allowed to get an idea of what's coming. I don't see the harm in having children allowed to see roads, railroad tracks and buildings. To me, nothing implied what the final decision will be.
Until LL figures out enough to tell the rest of us what will and will not be allowed, That's when the real sparks will fly most likely. _____________________
