On my first visit there I was propositioned, now I'm sure I'm not the only one who's visited and been that lucky, any avatar could have been...Kiddy or not but I'd expect that kind of behaviour on the land the lindens have designated to be the 'adult continent'.
If the Lindens are ok with child roleplayers viewing and engaging this content I hope they're ok with the police reports that follow....
I know for sure I won't go back there until child roleplay is banned from areas marked adult. If it's not sorted within the week I'd have no qualms about discussing this 'roleplay' with the likes of CEOP uk. Simulated/imaginary or not this is WRONG. It certainly falls under the obcenities act in my country.
I've nothing against people who want to roleplay as kids but not in areas designated for sex, violence, drugs and booze. Quoted as a prime reason why LL should remove their office from the UK.

Prior restraint is the punishment because you are thinking the wrong thoughts or because you "might" do something wrong. I guess I am strange, but I like for actual harm to be done before the power of the state lands upon a person.

It doesnt look to be made just for Sex, Violence etc...it is beautiful, altho to many roads. This is just an area where those types of things may happen, not that you will see it all the time in every nook there is. You dont have a right to tell anyone where they can and cannot go. If the kid or cartoon avatar are age verified, they have every right to be there. You however have no right to say they do not. They are followng the rules. Go play your sl somewhere else, and let others enjoy theirs.

Well, it's confusing. In some things "Adult Only" is defined as excluding non-adult-looking avatars, and in other cases non-adult-looking avatars can be included in Adult Only places. "Adult Only" is not a very useful term in this particular context.
I had thought those moving to Zindra felt that one of the only benefits was being entirely separate from child avatars, but that seems not to be the case.

Zindra is a place where adult activities MAY happen, but they are not mandatory. Not every avatar who visits Zindra has to immediately engage in an adult activity. Exactly the same as the mature classification has been up until now. Think of Zindra as old-style mature, and mature as..erm.. the new style mature. Yeah. That explains it.
