From: Lewis Nerd I wouldn't count myself as 'fairly active' by any means; most of my posts there have been in self defence against the trolls in the caustic atmosphere of an unmoderated forum.
I browse, to keep up with what's going on, as many do with other forums. No big deal there.
I would be interested to know out of the 1,000 SC signups how many have actually posted in the last month (to be considered active) and how many were spammers. Then I'm sure, like SL's membership figures, it wouldn't be quite such an impressive claim.
SC has it's place, sure, it's just not really mine. Stratics provides all I need.

Why does it have to be about which form is the most active, or has the most posters, or has the most llamas, or has the biggest dingy? Can't everyone just realize there are many great forums out there? All the original poster was trying to do was show what this particular forum was like. It can be for some and not for others.
However, noone is saying SC isn't what the original poster showed. Everyone agrees SC is for people with "thick skin".
So, to come here and lambast the people who are pointing out what you are is just silly. You admit you are this way. So what?
