We have and they sort of skipped around the subject.
Why am I not surprised? In any event, those who went should be thanked, there is never any hurt in trying, but LL isn't going to change . They have their direction for SL and aren't going to alter it. I hope they get what they wish for.

Oryx in the front- Mari in the back - i will check if i have another that better shows the sign Blue is a super cool dragon dude and Talurus (spelling? folks might know his name from the forums) is a super awesome looking blue dragon too- but Chris was standing on him the whole time

From: Tex Nasworthy Howdy folks! I don't remember much about kindergarten, but I definately remember starting 1st grade. Up until I started 1st grade I was Ricky, I'm not even sure I knew my given name was Richard. So during the first few minutes of the first day at catholic school this huge mean nasty ogre of a nun we had as a teacher starts calling out "Richard". I had no idea that she meant me. She proceeded to chew me out telling me that my proper name was Richard and that when she called Richard I had better answer. Well, a week later my family moved out to the suburbs and I was enrolled in public school and never went back to a catholic school again. However, I've gone by my "proper" name, Richard, ever since. Could be worse! You could have George Carlin doing a skit about your name http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ohXn8WKpYaA

From: Amaranthim Talon this - I agree - no matter how much yak yak- the decisions are made- now its a question of determining how much vaseline is needed... Yep. Right before the Ursula thing was announced, I was really considering getting back in, going Premium again, getting land, putting the house back up, but that put the kibosh on it. I figured I'd wait and see how it all shakes out, but the way they've done it has pretty much disguisted me. Individually, I'm sure there are some very nice people that work there, probably some that hate this as much as we do, but as a company they are not one that I have any confidence in.They show nothing be contempt and condescention toward their customers.

So I am driving home today and the news person says, " A morbid discovery today in Pelican Harbour - I passerby discovers a bag of human remains. Later, another bag was found in the water, a few blocks away. It is not known if the two were related." I had to laugh - (sorry dark humor i guess) but- i mean what r the chances that there could be TWO bags of body parts floating about at random and they both wash up at the same place??? Not related?? I sure as hell hope so- or Miami is more CSI-like than I want to know! Here is the story - http://www.sun-sentinel.com/news/local/breakingnews/sfl-miami-human-remains-bn060309,0,3293033.story

Quick Question, then Tomorrow Hits
06-03-2009 21:28
Does this statement make any sense? Why do people criticize a virtual world when you don't even have a account? I just think the people who do that have no real intentions to try and stop what appears to be one of the best (if not THE BEST) virtual world (not counting WoW cause that has nothing to do with this topic) in the universe. Tomorrow I will write another excerpt from the same chapter of Book 36...
Good night threadies. I've recovered from my sickness at last.

Warder people find it easier to criticize and ridicule things they do not understand. I think it's one of those sub-sets we get handed at birth and its up to us to know when to shut the hell up- sadly many don't.
Not sure wh you say it- but if it's cause SL and someone's reaction to it- I find it's best to adhere to, 'don't ask, don't tell'. You can't explain this to anyone outside- hell you can't explain it to noobs really.
Other day I got to talking to a fresh Jan 2009 - (now i don't really consider myself old- that's for the 04's and '3's- but this person said it was scary to talk to me- (maybe they feared i wd bore them to death? Can you imagine! Some have said I am long winded!- hehe) Anyway - just talking to them made me realize how time here does change you and how SL touches us- no - you cannot explain this to an outsider - and as for noobs- the years will tell.
And now dear Thread... me hugs you all for what could be one of the last times as LL ponders our fate -
Til the morning comes

Good night threadies. I've recovered from my sickness at last. Warder, if I had the answer to that then I'd be a lot happier person and av. I may be taking your comment out of context, so forgive me. People who are otherwise completely open and prejudice free just have a reaction to this place. Why???? Believe me, I'm living it. I've even laid down a challenge that if that person tried it for a month (free) and still held the same opinion then I'd cancel my account forever and get out...no takers. I just don't get it, either, and I know there are lots of others in the same situation.

Do you ask these people how much tv they watch?

Couldbe- the 'how much tv' real gets me- I am use to hearing from m husband how i can't get out from behind 'that stupid computer' and about my "'StupidLife' (Yeha- how terribl creative huh?) - Meantime when he is home he is in fron tof the TV (other than stuff that needs to get done mind you, same as me- ) bu twhat exactly is the difference between watching tv and sitting on computer? Hell- I can even sit on the couch in front of the TV and with the computer! I think many times is the resentment that we found other connections -
