From: Amaranthim Talon Couldbe- the 'how much tv' real gets me- I am use to hearing from m husband how i can't get out from behind 'that stupid computer' and about my "'StupidLife' (Yeha- how terribl creative huh?) - Meantime when he is home he is in fron tof the TV (other than stuff that needs to get done mind you, same as me- ) bu twhat exactly is the difference between watching tv and sitting on computer? Hell- I can even sit on the couch in front of the TV and with the computer! I think many times is the resentment that we found other connections - I find those people who need to passively sit in front of the tv for hours on end aren't good with virtual interactions. Possibly because it requires more effort and skills than they're prepared to expend. I think that people who go for virtual (in any form) are more social (even if they sometimes don't have the skills to pull off the interaction thing) but I am excluding the crazies here. and just a little musical interlude here.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sgOWTM5R2DA

Just as well that international diplomacy is no longer conducted on the basis of "Trial By Combat" then. Pep (That bin Laden might give him a few years but I bet he's got a few moves. )

From: Amaranthim Talon And welcome to our Thread Couldbe- for as long as it lasts Thanks I had an interesting chat with Blue Linden last night (he was trying to wag a finger at me for being a troll on the new bloggy thing) and I do believe that while there's going to be a period where they really are going to moderate (and they are going to say that it's because we requested it - he kept giving me the three options and asking which I wanted.. I kept saying that it was their choice as it was their boards.. he didn't like that answer lol) I think you'll find that eventually they'll just abandon the idea and things will settle back down to something like you have now only with crappier software. It was funny that Blue said that he was in sole charge of the moderation there - no mention of this third party they're supposed to be bringing in. So if you want to hurry up their abandonment of the new board I suggest everyone start new threads over on the bloggy thing and make them sail close to the wind. The sooner they give up on thinking they can control their users the better. You never know, it may even make them decide to keep us penned up here because at least here we're not in public - unlike the new one.

Subject person watches less than one hour of TV per day. The perception comes from all of the negative press about SL on the internet, in my particular situation.

If she left her coat on, yeah, or so I hoped. I will put the outfit together and again and you will see. .

From: Jackie Silverfall I think you have hit the nail on the head. I hear- "I don't even know you anymore." I think to myself- "Where were you for the last upteen years?" You don't seek out things- they come in answer- to those that want a game, SL is a game- to those who hunger- it is more. Find your own path.

From: Amaranthim Talon So I am driving home today and the news person says, " A morbid discovery today in Pelican Harbour - I passerby discovers a bag of human remains. Later, another bag was found in the water, a few blocks away. It is not known if the two were related." I had to laugh - (sorry dark humor i guess) but- i mean what r the chances that there could be TWO bags of body parts floating about at random and they both wash up at the same place??? Not related?? I sure as hell hope so- or Miami is more CSI-like than I want to know! Here is the story - http://www.sun-sentinel.com/news/local/breakingnews/sfl-miami-human-remains-bn060309,0,3293033.story some people are so evil, it makes me wanna puke!
