.........suddenly take up working?

I realize there is no topic for this thread and just about anything goes here.

However, this type of language is certainly uncalled for.

Now, bite your tongue!

Then go tell the boss your are injured and have to leave early. :D

It has been quiet around here- did we suddenly take up working?
*SIGHS* It's probably because I have been given temporary responsibility in Mo's absence and you are all concerned that I am going to stop the car and tell you to play nice if you dare use an apostrophe incorrectly!

Pep (Only given out one star, and that was on a fairy cake . . . :p )

You're quite welcome! I really need to get out and do more shopping, but just as in RL it's not my favorite thing to do.

Welcome home Mo! I'm sure you'd rather stay in OBX, but happy to have you back. Like Brenda said, the Welshman has no idea what the Americans need for breakfast, particularly the coffee :p Can't wait to catch up with you. I think I'll give you a buzz, but I've got an awful throat thingie going on, so later in the week :)

Valiums are good :)

On a serious note, I was thinking of you today. Best wishes to her and your family Oryx, I hope everything goes well.

Thanks sweetie. :) We've talked to a few women who've been through it, and went to a survivors' website, and I think she's feeling more positive about the whole thing. Less freak-out-scared, you know? Things will be good.

For one person I know it is marrying someone 20 years younger than he is.

Depends how you look at it.

If he is 80, she is 60. If he is 40, she is 20.

Even the young ones get old eventually. Sometimes its good to be there to guide them into the joys of getting old.

My Ex was terrified of turning 20. LOL! I WISH I was turning 20!!!

Things didnt hurt as much as they do now. I had time to "dumb, young & full of C*mm"

My 21st BDay was spent at a dry wedding reception & the frakin' band couldnt even PLAY happy Birthday!!!

I spent TOO MANY years as an anti-social, stay in the basement guy. time to Live it up before things end, looks fade, hair goes away, etc.

Like I say, I may be "Vertically Challenged" but I am "Horizontally Gifted" :p

Hmm- good question- subjective I suppose- :) But I'm an immature 45 myself!.

Yer a Yungin too! :p

And yea, I may or may not go out with this girl.

We actually DO have a few things in common.... Yugioh cards, online gaming, shopping at Hot Topic, and comic book conventions.

I bought 2 tickets to the Pittsburgh Anime Convention. My ex bailed on me, so I see no harm in asking this girl to go with me to it. Her BF is being a dick & pulling that "I hate that Jap stuff" crap.

Oddly enough.... I'd gladly date her mother, who's more my age.

I dont go to bars or nightclubs. And women with a "geek streak" do NOT exist in my town (unless heroin is included in that somehow?). I dont have kids. I never married (cuz I'm not THAT stupid).

Besides, d'you know how hard it is to find a woman with a Steam Account that can kick yer ass at Half Life 2 DeathMatch??? ;)

BTW- did I mention the 22yr old also?? Or the other 19yr old? Or the 30yr old? Or the 43yr old?? Or the 25yr old Nurse??

Where the HELL were my woman skills when I was a teen!!!!!!

Even when I was working at the restaurant, the younger ladies ADORED me. I'm old enough to be their Dad yet SO not like him. I am/was the Older guy who's "cool" as their own peers. I could've SO wrecked the lives of many a Yungster. But I refused to do so. Ok, there was ONE I should've nailed when I had the chance. They were nice girls. Went on with their lives. And they got to learn that not all "old men" are trying to get in their pants. HEH! Most of the 16-20yr olds (male or female) working there only applied because they wanted to work with Me ;)

Except for the Greenpeace girl. She was F*CKING annoying!!! Damn Hippie Chicks!!!!

OMG! My sister is having my nephew's 2nd BDay at Chuck E Cheese's!! SWEET!!!!

Video games, Pizza & Beer!! What more is needed???

I will be doing my damnedest to get as many Ski-ball tickets as possible for the niece & nephew.

HEH! Last time I was at a C.E.C., I was playing "Dragon's Lair". ;)
