Sky, if you need help with Jira, I can walk thru filing the bug with you, screen by screen. We use it where I work as well. @Alyx ... you'd be voting for the crash to be fixed, not for Sky's AV to be fixed!!! I *know*, I just thought it might sound more personal because fixing the crash MEANS fixing her avatar!  I can help with JIRA too, if need be! _____________________

I'm going to forward this to our Quality Assurance to investigate what might be going on — as suggested earlier, it's worth trying out Crash Me. I don't really read the forums, but I am on the Issue Tracker a lot, so that reminds me: if you have a crash problem which you can reproduce easily, please make sure to enter it as an issue so we can track it, and so it doesn't get lost here. Look at it this way...never in the history of SL has anyone had an issues such as yours. That makes you not one in a million, but 1 in 9 million. ... There may have been newbies over the years that have had the same problem, but just figured their own hardware (PC, Video card, memory, etc.) couldn't support the service, or the service just wasn't working. Either way, they may have: just given up, never reported the problem, and never bothered to try to get back into SL. They may or may not have known they crashed sims, but didn't really care either way. Fortunately, Sky has gone way beyond the call of duty with her perserverence to see this problem thru. Three cheers for Sky, and may the problem get resolved (quickly!) so that no one else has to go thru this terrible hassle! _____________________

I wonder if you created an alt, if they would make an exception and let you transfer your entire inventory including no transfer items... Best of luck. Also voted, although, as someone involved in software design I have to say that having something that consistently reproduces a crash 100% of the time is what testers really like to see. It makes it easy to isolate & fix.
