Ok, I can walk around at home... havent been able to do that in 10 days ! Keeping my finger crossed, there have been earlier reports that things were ok.
I'm really curious who did what to make this possible...

Things seems to be okay.
My RL-partner was in Philereme where she has a shop. For the first time she was able to be there for longer than 30 seconds. So, after 10 minutes, I joined her there. Ping sim and Ping user were okay! And then ... after 1 or 2 minutes it drops. Both sim and user ping back to 10000. I crashed ... The strange thing is my partner was still alive in the same sim with the same internetconnection. No problem at all for her! My connection with IP-adres 66.150.245.221 was broken and her connection with the same adres was still alive. Maybe this info gives someone a clue? It seems that only one hickup is enough to lose the connection with the sim. And after that it is not possible to repair the connection ... lost is lost. All announcements in this thread about 'working again' are in the (EU)-morning. It seems that the problems are less with fewer people in SL. Whem more people comes online things get worser. XS4all keeps track of all generic problems they are working at. Everyone can see that list on the XS4ALL website (http://www.xs4all.nl/nieuws/overzicht.php?msect=Storingen&taal=nl).
This problem is not generic (important?) enough to mention there. Too bad ... because I am very curious about the problem status. Is anyone still working at this problem? Or is it forgotten and is everyone getting ready for the weekend (a long weekend in the Netherlands). Maybe we should all contact the helpdesk ask for a statusupdate for this problem. Okay, i have no problems now but i'm at work
This thing costed me some real money.... I had to move my house on SL so start packing in some new maps called sleepingroom, bathroom, livingroom.... after 30 minutes i had to log off, came back and everything was lost.... Linden is not able to bring it back... goodbye approx 15.000 L$ Pfffffff i hate this! |

I have a wall clock (Eurojojo's Place), which I messed up during the problem period. I was already able to repair the minute hand, which means finally I could work during a longer period. Busy with other things, so real testing must wait until tonight.
So far: good job XS4all, Linden, Sprint! Let's keep the bug issue "open" until all of us are helped. |

But as this was not proven to be an XS4ALL problem (it is still unclear where the problem is/was) it not in that list. At least that is the way I look at it. Signs are getting more positive that the problems are over.... Lets hope it is. |

Okay I can move, I can walk, I can open my own front door. My ping sim is at 218, ping user is at 179. I am SO afraid to post this, cause last time I did it all went pear shaped again within 3 hours. I am keeping my fingers and toes crossed that this time that it really is fixed. If I'm still okay after 3 hours I'll post again and if not, well I'll post again too. lol Here's hoping and praying. *dares to smile a little* |

Looks like its ok, yep just been on from 13.00-16.00 with no trouble at all !
No smoking for me that is But with you all, i am so curious what caused it and what was the solution for it. Come on LL ,Sprint, XS4all, you could at least give us some information, and if you dont know what fixed it, at least you could make something up. Franny |

Why not closing issue SVC-124 again and put it on solved.. ? Why do need Dutch people connecting with XS4ALL need more then 10% of te sim's to go to? Why am I even angry? GGGGGRRRRRR |
