Seriously..the whole whaaa whaa about child avatars is pretty childish itself in my opinion.. cause it's not some problem that exists..it's all what if's.. not look what is going on over there.. Ya, this. It's why I've not really said much on this sudden outcropping of "sky is falling and it's the kid avatars who are to blame" threads. it's all the same stuff. I got better things t'do. And they are both dealt with harshly when they are found. In my 3 years in SL, I can probably count 3 instances when I saw questionable behavior by a child AV. All three times they were ejected from the land they were on and reported to LL. What else do you want them to do? Monitor our private IMs? That is what it will take to totally stamp it out. Come on Lias, give us some constructive solutions, something besides "Child Av =pedo". Can you do it? _____________________

The only avatar and avatar activities sanctioned in Real Life and in Second Life - INTERNATIONALLY - is human child avatars, child porn and virtual pedophilia. That is the problem in Second Life that needs to be solved - instead of trying to squash any discussion about it.  _____________________

What a white wash. you know that whole discusion about the welcoe area incedent was about an RL Child with knowlidge of that by anyone involved, it did not even matter what avatar the kid was using she should not even have been in sl, nice try to muddy the waters and leave out important information. *wonders what other slanderous trick Lias is going to try next* ..... ah offcourse she blamed child pron on the child avatar communety lets ban sex all together so there can be no virtual porn made at all, that should solve things. *rolls eyes and heads out for a day of work* |

You are kidding yourself. I have NEVER started a thread about being concerned about child avatars in Second Life. But dozens of SL residents have. Silencing one person will not solve the virtual pedophilia and child porn problem that thrives in Second Life. you did far worse, you hijacked treads to blame kidavs for problems that are not problems or like above problems created by a select few on whole communety. that problem is nearly completly gone, all the old meeting places have moved to their own grids. offcource using the pedo card has always been used to attack those you hate for whatever reason by a lot of people |
