There's something elemental about "Susie". I once read (around 1980) that in a study in the mid '70s it was found that the second most common password was "Susan" or "Susie". I've used the same name online since the mid '80s and it is imbued with so much meaning that I can't begin to disentangle it. It feels almost sacrilegious to try and explain it.

I usually use my real name on most forums and other things.
Mary is my first name, Elizabeth is my maiden middle name. They did not have any last names to go with Mary. The Elizabeth comes from a grandmother who was known as Beth. So I combined the two into Marybeth. Cooperstone was the available last name closest to my real last name. |

I have a friend who is Cherokee and she took down all of my birth information, sent it to the Elders of the Cherokee tribe and they gave me the name Twilight FlamingStar. I chose to shorten it to FlamingStar and the last name was chosen because it sounded good.

My first name is my RL name, sort of. I chose Bekka because Becky was taken and Bex/Becks is the name of a footballer. I'm not a footballer.
My last name I chose because i'm a hacker in the old sense of the world, indeed, in my youth I was in the new sense of the word too. I consider it both Noun and verb. I have an alt I use for my comic strip called Taffy, who is so named because people from Cardiff are often called Taffs, as the river taff runs into the bay. Her last name was just selected on the basis of 'ho hum'. |

Well my first name is cus i used to watch animorphs as a kid and there was this guy in it called tobias who was stuck in bird-form and i liked his name. wirefly was a result of browsing through the available names until one sounded cool. |
