how many of you can honestly say that if someone came into this forum and said "fuck you" to one of the regulars they would not be reported? likely reported by the some of the same people who are here defending sarah saying it to Lindens.

I wonder if she apologised for it to get the suspension shortened. If she did, then it's an acceptance of the suspension being deserved. I imagine that it could be common to get suspensions shortened after apologising.

I am sorry things have been stressful for you Sarah and you lost it.
I have lost it on friends and acquaintances when I was stressed out,
not feeling well, certain things had been had been happening I had it.
I have lot of opinions about things but Sarah you've treated people fairly
and tried to be right with other Residents and your Renters.
In fact I was thinking about that place this week in West Haven but sadly
you don't own it any more.
I appreciated you helping my friend out when you bought Huin even though
personally I don't like what happen to the sim, I don't like what happens in the land business and land trading you do try to put a kind, honest, human face to it.
Yet we all are humans, we all get angry, we all need attention, we all want
good things, our tiers paid, money to have nice things, to be respected and
appreciated from others, and to have something that we do well that gives
the feelings of pride, accomplishment and success.
I know I sure crave those things even if lot of them I don't do well.
I am sorry things have been going badly for you and it has caused stress and
anger.
I wish you were doing extremely well and could become the new virtual land tycoon
with tons of success and lindens dollars.
Personally I have opinions about the Open or Void Sims, I think they have been
being used in ways they shouldn't have been and people shouldn't have
been renting them out and having them used the way they are.
I wouldn't have rented one, I have thought those have shouldn't.
I love the Pizza game place I go named Kahni's but I don't like the fact its
on a Opensim.
They were never meant to place for numerous prims, scripts, people to hang out
with like regular sim that is why they were cheaper in the first place.
Lot of people though like and want to do things here I wouldn't or don't want to do,
I create things no one really wants to buy because its not "realistic" or good enough for whatever reason too but that doesn't mean what I am doing is wrong either.
Sometimes we do things we love because we love them, when it gets to point those
things we love become too stressful or hellish its time to do something else for a while.

It could be that, of course, but I doubt it. Why would anyone higher up get involved? It's not like it's a big deal. It's only a big deal to sarah, as is patently obvious. I think it's more likely that the Linden who answered the live help decided to deal with him/herself, perhaps following an apology.

For the record, I have no time at all for public foul mouthing, unless the place is ok with it, and Concierge chat isn't such a place.

And I would have called bullshit then too. Especially with Daniel involved. And Sarah did not swear at a Linden either. I believe her invective was FU Linden Lab. A formal AR warning would have been suffucient for a first offense, for anybody. It was bullshit.

i just can't believe the bleeding heart crap emanating from this situation. she bases so much of her life around this game, we hear how this was totally going to mess up her RL (the suspension). Then maybe she ought not being collectively cussing out LL in a LL chat channel?

Those words have their place, and I use them myself, but not in every sentence, as some people do. I strongly object to that - not because of my own ears, but because some people are offended by it and it's sometimes done regardless of the people around. It's extremely rare that you'll ever hear me using those words in a way that other people nearby could hear. If I do, and I'm sure I have done, then I'll deserve it too.
