What about those cartoony virtual worlds like IMVU where all avatars look like kids because of the big heads?

What about the forums where all those posters write like cartoons with big heads? ;)

Alright. We didn't run you out of town
So you are not so delusional as to believe your own firmly stated misapprehensions. Good backpedalling. Is there more perhaps? Or did you sober up?
From: Phil deakins
but you did get beaten up badly. And, if you don't think so, it's only because you are a master of self-delusion who is too proud to admit it even to himself, or everyone else is wrong, and that's highly unlikely.
And "beaten up badly"? You all threw a lot of punches but not a one landed. I achieved my aim of publicising the appalling wishes of death by cancer that Rhonda posted - and you continue to assist me. You even admitted that her postings were unacceptable. You and your cohort were fighting a different battle, one that was decided long ago, to suggest that I have the ability to get under the skin of people who deserve exposure. In fact, I think I helped you win that one yet again! ;)

Pep (That there is collateral damage is not my problem, but that of those who are too sensitive for these forums.)

Did Argent just try to tell me to do something?

Pep (I would have thought that even he would have been bright enough to work out the pointlessness of that by now, but perhaps ferrets aren't that bright after all.)

You're just ridiculous. You were badly beaten up and, no matter how much you pretend it didn't happen, and how many insults you throw out, it doesn't change a thing. Remember that you are addressing the people who saw it. You can fool yourself, and I've no doubt you do, but you can't fool the witnesses. Your best bet is to keep quiet about it and let it fade into the background of memories ;)

Another piece of advice:
I see you stalking someone here, and I see from some of your posts that you are still affected. Let it fade away, or you'll end up with continually recurring bruises, and it will be your own fault for not moving on.

You are entitled to your opinion. All I saw was a bunch of bigots with preconceptions who brought nothing new to the table, but facilitated my objective. Ever been manipulated like a bot before, Phil? Without your and your gang of bullies' assistance I would never have been able to have given the issue such visibility - and you continue to do so. Your learning curve is obviously pretty steep.

I need advice from you like the Sahara needs another load of sand. I am not stalking anyone. If the content of a post deserves a response I will answer appropriately; if you choose to bring up issues in one thread regarding other threads then I will reply. That's how the forum works. If you don't want a response from me, don't address me.

It appears you have have made a mistake Daniels, could this be a simple typo that most people wouldn't mention, or is it just a ploy to get a sympathy vote for your dyslexia? And since you have raised the subject of bringing up issues from one thread into another let me be the first to quote the idiom "the pot calling the kettle black" :D

I am bemused. Perhaps you could indicate what you think my error might be?

Pep (Or is it a mistaken consequence of your ESL status?)

PS As soon as someone else brings an issue into a thread I claim the right of response - but I presume your lack of comprehension stretched to cover that point too.

Surely by now the whole subject of child avatars must be over 18 in Internet years and therefore can be dropped? Surely?

Dropping child avatars, oh noes!

"And in local news, three babies were virtually dropped from a balcony into the Linden River. Witnesses say an unidentified avatar dangled three child avatars from a balcony before dropping them into the river and leaving them to sink or swim on their own before flying away on a steam powered witch's broom. Authorities led by Torley Linden are still investigating."

That cat looked just like I visualize you, Pep, but this might be a better were-pep:

Edit: there's a funny story about this. This used to be called "Welsh Dragon Sausage" but the Welsh food inspectors complained because it didn't contain any dragon.

I'm not making this up, you know.

Did he do that? I must admit to not reading his lengthier posts as the first sentence usually contains enough to respond to, but in that case...

Since the well-known outburst against him, he has brought it up in every thread where he thought he could twist it to fit. And he's done exactly the same since he got his ass tanned the other day. I wonder how long it'll be before he stops smarting.

Demonstrating your lack of concentration again? Although it would explain your ignorance.

Would that be the one in which Rhonda Huntress wished me a long lingering death by cancer, perhaps? (Thanks again, Phil.)

Are you sure you have the right person, Phil? I recall you blowing a lot of hot wind in my direction, but not much more.

/me looks at the label. Wow! You could never get away with such generalized ingredient labeling here. All those "flavorings" "presrvatives" and such would have to be listed.

Aaw. Can't bear it that you got your ass tanned, eh? Never mind. The humiliation will recede in time. I don't think that churning out lies and insults will help you though, but if you feel it does, do carry on. Remember that the people reading what you write witnessed it all and, though you can fool yourself, as only a fool can, you can't fool them ;)

Since you bring up the spectre of "silent witnesses" . . . I've had a chat with a few disinterested parties, and they are all disgusted with Rhonda Huntress's vitriolic and unacceptable post, and think that you and the rest of the hunting party were off on a wild goose chase, and made fools of yourselves.
