Well from where I'm standing, when you have one person pushing to get people not to talk in open chat, you have someone else talking about reducing the rent of tenants for quid pro quo, talk of keeping out riffraff by moving quickly, and filling the group ranks with renters of properties owned by an officer, it seems that several people don't come off looking very sane. Again, I am not even 1/4 of the way through this thing.

Lecktor, That is really a despicable post. I agree - whatever differences he has with Katy, that is quite a low blow. I may not side with Katy on much, but honestly, no one should be ripped to shreds like that or have their personal relationships aired publicly in that way. I'm sorry that happened to you, Katy. I do hope people take up Lecktor's request to report him - that type of misogynistic rage is a bit frightening. There's nothing wrong with that at all. Unfortunately the writing was on the wall from the outset.. but its not something you can out and out TELL someone and have them believe.. I honestly hope the experience hasn't put you off, and yes, the lindens DO listen and take into consideration individual requests if put forward in a logical manner - they are quite reasonable.. you don't NEED a lobby group or any 'status' real - or imagined to have a well though out idea responded to.
