I understand that your posts are series of personal attacks which don't seek to reach mutual undestanding but instead exist to satisfy your desire to persecute. I'll use it as a sounding board to finish with one more critical point that cannot be posted enough.

The freedom of expression stops when that expression impinges on the freedom of others. Free expression does not include harmful expression (but it can include upsetting expression).

For instance, in the U.S. it is illegal to incite individuals to violence, threaten the life of the President, or to yell "fire" in a crowded theater. Individuals can be held accountable for libelous or slanderous claims made in public. Further, lying under oath in court (perjury) is a felony. Yet citizens are allowed to discuss (and engage in) upsetting and offensive subjects such as flag burning, bible destruction, and neoconservative agendas.

Applying this to the forum, one can see that personal attacks, threats, and calls to violence should not be permitted. Everything else should stay.

That is the criteria that all people should strive to see applied in our forums and the world in general.

Just to confuse this whole discussion, I would like to point out that you have a mass murderer as your forum icon. I find that vastly more offensive than the deletion of a personal attack in a forum.

But I guess we'll both just have to suck it up.

My feelings are unimportant. What's important is the success of the community and if my actions threaten that success than I need to leave. It's a personal decision, one that I've been wrestling with for well over a year.

Once I'm no longer a citizen, I'll be back without the gloves. :D
