Black leather, red paddle, sliver spiked heels. And I do not know if you will enjoy it..I guess that depends on if she spanks you hard enought. Collette and ZuZu are masters of their craft. I actually posses about a dozen black leather outfits. And a couple of red leather ones. Hmmm also white. And i have spiked heels in several colors including blue and silver metalic. Though i prefer my black thigh high lace up boots with 6 inch heels. I also have a paddle given to me by an early girl friend and also riding crops which are gender specific. If you have a special request , though , Jake i do know both lingerie designers and some BDSM furniture makers so we can work something out. ![]() |

How do I convince my new room mates that Dial up internet is evil and archaic, and DSL is fairly cheap, and Cable is worth the extra costs?

Why did Cesar Romero (Joker in the 1960's Batman series) get away with not shaving his mustache, and being blonde? Because he was ceasar romero, and is the best joker ever. I don't know why everyone says Romero's Joker was blonde. I distinctly remember his zinc chromate green hair from multiple viewings when I was a child, as seen here: ![]() But I have to dispute your description of Romero as "the best joker ever." I still prefer Jack Nicholson's twisted grin, hands down. ![]() "Did you ever dance with the devil in the pale moonlight?" P2 _____________________

who's got the better music, Jimmy Buffett or Bob Marley? Well I love them both, truly. But only Buffet wront "why don't we get drunk and screw" and "the weather is here, I wish you were beautiful" so I give the edge to Buffet. _____________________

Jake, why is it that most people are not capable of rational thought?
By this I mean that they aren't able to think about things in a calm, non-emotional manner. Why is it that people in general let their emotions blindly rule them, even when it causes them huge problems? |

Jake , Is it Ethical to ask a pointless question to bump a thread? Well in "ask jake anything", no question is pointless, because the thread is ask me anything. Besides just because the question is pointless, does not mean the answer will be. ![]() _____________________

Who will win the world cup? (France or Italy) Obviously Italy. However, as I have said in other threads, FIFA is the most corrput govering body in all of sprots, and world cup victories have less to do with on field play than they do with back room politics and money. The italians should have never been in the final, ask the Australians. A totally bogus penalty call was given the italians as payback for a totally bogus penatly call the Italians took agains S. Korea in 2002. Italy gets a break, and advances. Also Italian soccer is in a heap of trouble right now, as it has been determined that the italian league games are fixed, so italian soccer neds a boost internationally, since The Eurpoean Cup is still beign played, and AC Milan is a huge draw. So a world Cup victory restores a bit of credidilty to Italian national soccer. Frankly I watch real soccer, which is played by Arsenal, in the english Premier League, and any one who even mentiona Manchester United in any non-pajorative terms will be spanked. (on the other hand, Chelsea fans will be pitied and condescended too). _____________________

Is FIFA really more corrupt than the International Olympic Committee? Yes. The IOC makes all its money in the selecting of the city. They don't interfere in the events themselves-they leave that corruption up to the individual judges and the individual sports' governing bodies. _____________________

Jake, why is it that most people are not capable of rational thought? By this I mean that they aren't able to think about things in a calm, non-emotional manner. Why is it that people in general let their emotions blindly rule them, even when it causes them huge problems? Most people are capable of rational thought, they mostly just choose not to use that capacity. Emotion is a much more powerful sensation than reason. Emotion involves intensity, whereas reason involves a departure from intensity. There is no inherent superiority of the reasoned over the emotional, rather I would think there is a marked superiority to the emotional-who the hell falls in love rationally? But sometimes reason can give you a perspective that is lost in passion, its very hard to balance. People who are too passionate are hot heads, people who are too rational are cold fish. _____________________

Is atheism based on faith or rational thought or some other philosophical base? Well this is complex. In all honesty, atheism is a way of seeing the world. Atheism is not, strictly speaking either a faith or a philospohy, it can be a rational thought. But for me its just an observation of the condition of the world. I am a buddhist, and in buddhism there is no god. One obtains enlightnement through the self, by discarding the self. In western thought, they describe enlightnement as finding the great void, but truly its not a void, it being part of what is. In buddhism the hardest thing to do is discard the notion that "I" am a little man that lives inside the head. The notion of a transcendent god is heavily dependent on me being one thing, and god being another. But if both I and god are simply part of everything that is, and everythign that is is part of me and god, then ther eis no I and no god..these are just labels to describe illusions that are limited perceptions of reality. Its a bit like giving names to waves on the ocean, without seeing the ocean. Thats one way of seeing it. Another way of seeing it is to ask yourself the question of what makes the christians right? I mean why is it their god that is real, and everyone elses god is wrong? Hell the jews and the christians have the same god, but we have to have this conflict over the mechanics of salvation-i mean the christians tell the jews the can't be saved if they don't beleive in christ, but the purpose of christ was to put a path to god..but the jews were already chosen by god. Jesus himself said that the rules did not apply, that salvation came through grace and faith in god, but then Jesus makes up his own rule: I am the way. So why is Jesus the way and not Odin? If I truly and deeply beleive that Athena is the path to salvation can anyone dispute me? Can anyone prove Athena does not exist? The christians claim they can. they simply don't beleive in athena, she is not mentioned in the bible and thus does not exist. But things can exist without being int he bible: I mean show where the Big Mac is. So, absent references to the bible, ther is no way to prove Athena exists. Now if gods, all gods are not really transcendent beings, but mythological constructs made by people in an effort to obtain some understanding of the world around them, then the Christian Myth is just that, a myth. That does not make it less valuable, but really even science is, in a way, a mythological act-science is just better mythology because it is supported by empircal evidence. If one looks at the politcal history of the later roman empire and also eaxmines the long history of christianity, one will find that far from being the work of an omniscient and onmipotent divine being, the bible is a collection of texts that wre put together after a lot of haggling and political maneuvering between humans. Oh sure, it was god acting through the people, but pope alexander the sixth made his horse a cardinal and had sex with his neice..was this also god working through his divine agent on earth? So really it boils down to the fact that of a couple million years of human occupancy, christianity has been about for two thousand years. The egyptions beleived in Ra the sun god for two thousand years before christ, can we prove the egyptians were wrong? Now in the modern west, atheism has become a counterposition to christianity. Well at least from the athiest side-the cristians have always felt the athiests and heretics should be tortured and burned. But now the athiests have become religious in their atheism, and do silly things like have crosses torn down and bring silly lawsuits to have god removed from the pledge. If god truly does not exist, then a reference to god in the way of form should not trouble you. I mean who demands that the statues of athena be taken down? We do put curtains over the bare breasts of justice, be we don't haul out her statue. I mean nonone beleives that justice is a blindfolded bare tittied Natalie portman holding a sword and a scale? She is a symbol, in the same way the cross at a war memorial is a symbol. Why be a slave to sybolism? But really the big mistake is that people confuse religion which is mechanics, for faith, which is emotional. So they want to discuss faith but they end up discussing religion. Ultimately religion will never prove god. Of course your life is always sad when you are overly religions about anything, and can never weather a challenge or a question. For me this is the failure of the christian faith-it never allows a question. _____________________

I just found out Dr. Laura is not a licensed counsellor. She just gives out advice. I figure she can do it, why can't I. I am a licensed Counsel which is close enough for talk radio! So ask away, about almost anything (see disclaimer). A discalimer: I will not offer specific legal advice with respect to any particular situation either in the State of California, or in any Jurisdiction. It is best if you don't ask me about your particular legal problem, but consult with an attorney in your jurisdiction. No attorney-client relationship is created by my responding to any question in this forum. ok Jake heres one my son asked me and im still working on the answer....why do cheerios float??? seriously now... you may laugh but ill take 10 curious 7 year olds asking me questions constantly than 1 adult with all the answers ![]() |

Thanks Jake - Interesting about Buddhism, I think it's very close to the way that many non Christian Native Americans see things. I am not an atheist, I sense that I am part of something much greater in every thing that I come in contact with. Particularly when I am out in the woods or in the everglades - when I am working with plants or with animals.
Balance, harmony and kindness are very important to me - like an unwritten bible. I can't explain it, it's something that I feel inside and it is "faith based only". Not logical. . _____________________
