Hello thready people.  I have spent most of the day trying to fix my PC.(I THINK I did.. time will tell) Computers are little evil things. I is pissed about mine. My order from Dell was suppose to ship yesterday and arrive today. Instead, yesterday I got an email saying it was delayed and they estimated shipping it NEXT Monday. /me pouts some more about her darn puter problems _____________________

met my new boss today, he wouldn't know a haircut from a handjob. It should be an entertaining few months. Several of the guys have worked with him before, and, not entirely coincidentally some of the same guys have been treated for stress. His management style is slightly confrontational, I think this is mostly compensating for the fact that he is out of his depth. You don't work at a hair salon, by any chance, do you? That would be pretty funny. I'm sorry, Bruise. Dealing with guys like that is a hassle. If it's a short term job, just hang in there and let it roll off your back. If it's long term, start looking for a transfer. Nothing is worth being miserable at work. _____________________

A previous manager started to give a safety briefing about Radon gas, then within seconds seemed to drift onto the fire suppressant system fitted in some of the IT suites.
"err... what has Radon gas got to do with the fire system?" says me "that's what the system uses, Radon gas" says him "nope, you mean Halon" "No, Radon" "You mean to say that someone has fitted a suppression system that uses Radon gas, a naturally radioactive gas, the product of the decay of Radium?" says me At this point he gives me a glare for daring to challenge this BS, and actually checks the notes in front of him. It turned out that the safety briefing was about Radon, and the installing of detectors in the basement. nothing to do with fire suppression. He had read the first sentence of the briefing, and was attempting to ad lib his way through it. fuckwit _____________________

I am exclusive and Artist eccentric hermit, I make only rare appearances and only very few people I have ever seen in world appear in this thread.
I do make occasional appearances though in various places. When meeting new people even though with all this vampire people I am polite and I do my best to not suck them dry be it figuratively or literally. _____________________
