Has anyone ever put a Star Wars shop in a mall directly across from a Star Trek shop??? Forget trafficbots! The geeks would stand there arguing with each other for-EV-AR!
How about Star Wars vs. Lord of the Rings?

Stay here?

It's just so mean-spirited..."Hey, let's have a thread totally devoted to talking about what idiots people are! The fools can't even speak/write the language correctly...I'm obviously SO much better than they are! Hahaha! "

I have my own pet peeves, sure, but we aren't being graded and this isn't a professional setting, so as long as people understand what you're saying without having to spend stupid amounts of time deciphering it, who really cares?

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

A propos of nothing (once more), the colony of New Jersey was founded on this day in 1664.

They're instrument-rated, of course. :D

Or you could have Trout fly the plane. It wouldn't matter then 'cause he'd prolly be drunk anyway. :D

Rezday present update:

/me sighs happily. He loved it :)

I suspect only Maureen's interested, but here are a few pics. Warning for those who disapprove of boy-snuggling, although how you could when he's so lovely is beyond me...

The present that I made him was the small area we're in: an enclosed bluebell wood with a picnic area and a sky-textured roof. The forest walls are slightly translucent and the whole thing is lit by the candle on the picnic bench and an invisible lightball up above.

Welcome, Kit! I'm sure Maureen will be along with your gold star shortly. :)

I forgot to mention, I went shoe shopping with Amara last night at ShoeFly. Loved the shoes! and CCTV gave us a little tour and some gift cards. Thanks so much!

You will be proud to know, I bought my very first pair of boots... and so many other shoes I lost count...

My shoe folder is getting bigger than my dress folder. :o

As it should be. One dress can go with many different pairs of shoes.

It had a moment where it looked like it was going to turn silly, but unfortunately it didn't happen.

Skell, thank you so much for posting these pics! The scene you set is perfect for your rez day celebration. I hope you had a great time; looks like your giftie was appreciated! :)

This would be an appropriate spot to use the phrase "sylvan glade", don't you think?

And both of you are quite handsome! (love the red shirt, by the way)
