I forgot to mention, I went shoe shopping with Amara last night at ShoeFly. Loved the shoes! and CCTV gave us a little tour and some gift cards. Thanks so much!

You will be proud to know, I bought my very first pair of boots... and so many other shoes I lost count...

My shoe folder is getting bigger than my dress folder. :o

so now, my hair is still a little longer in back, and layered all around. the bangs are a bit too short, but my hair grows really fast so they'll be perfect in about 4 days.

it's longer than my shoulder baldes too, i see. maybe to the bottom of them, not the top. you know, like below the sharp chicken wingy part that shows when you reach your arm back. it's just about 1/2" longer than that.

i could have gone that last 1" for the hair donation, but i just couldn't bring myself to go any shorter.

it's really pretty. i was going for a little bit of an emo type look (whatever that is) with really heavy straight bangs in front, but she talked me out of that too. so, it's just a cute, casual, layered look.

next week i am going in to get a blonde-ish weave. :D

I suspect only Maureen's interested, but here are a few pics. Warning for those who disapprove of boy-snuggling, although how you could when he's so lovely is beyond me...



The present that I made him was the small area we're in: an enclosed bluebell wood with a picnic area and a sky-textured roof. The forest walls are slightly translucent and the whole thing is lit by the candle on the picnic bench and an invisible lightball up above.
This is a lovely picture. who wouldn't want to snuggle with their sweetie on that blanket?

That gives me an idea. I'm going to start up a Night Things Migration Service. Every fall, black cargo planes with no windows will fly to a village in northern Sweden. There, our clients/residents will enjoy the long, dark arctic nights. In the spring, the fleet of black aircraft will return, and fly everyone south to Tierra del Fuego.

Several of the guys have worked with him before, and, not entirely coincidentally some of the same guys have been treated for stress. His management style is slightly confrontational, I think this is mostly compensating for the fact that he is out of his depth.

i am SO glad i don't have to work for that guy. i don't think i can take another stressful job environment as the one i just left.

where i live, there aren't tons of jobs. this gives "bosses" the comfort that they can mistreat their employees and that we have to take it. well, some of us don't take it. those of us with that attitude are seemingly always hunting for a new job, however. :(
