It's wonderful. If the meat is very fresh you can season it in a variety of ways, Yummy.

From: Brenda Connolly I don't go near all that exotic stuff..monkey brains, ocelot spleens and such. My food preferences are very pedestrian. I do like raw oysters and clams, I've had alligator and when I spent my summer in Texas I went to a chili festival and had rattlesnake chili, and a friend makes an awesome venison chili that I love. The thing I like that makes a lot of people go ewwwww, is Steak Tartare. I love it. I would never eeewwwwww at that, I love it too. And, I like all my beef rare, just wave it over the fire to warm it up a lil, but don't actually cook it, lol.

Also I make this sesame mustard sauce for fondue that is fantastic on a bit of raw beef. My hubby likes his steak medium and always turns his nose up when I sneak a piece raw while I am cooking, but on fondue night he will eat about half of the beef raw with the sesame mustard sauce. It is teh yumz

It is teh yumz I add onion, and worcestershire to mine along with a paste made from EVOOO and garlic. Some sea salt and coarse ground pepper are added as well. For an accompanyment, I'll mix some Colemen's dry mustard with horseradih and a little beer, and plop that on top instead of an egg.

From: Rhonda Huntress What is the strangest thing you’ve ever eaten? I live in a very multicultural city so I'm quite open to trying just about anything at least once with respect to different types of food. My taste buds were probably trained at a very early age. As a behbeh, my crib was close to a window that had a ripped screen and apparently, on more than one occasion, my parents caught me eating flies. My favourite part of trying "weird" food is learning a bit about its history, whether it had its roots in some form of peasant tradition or has some form of cultural or religious symbolism.

From: Rhonda Huntress I have had some adventuresome foods before and as I have gotten old I have become a little less bold in what I will stick in my mouth.
Anyway, long story for a short question: What is the strangest thing you’ve ever eaten? o.O uh huh...

That is disgusting, and hilarious. (the flies) If we are going to deteriorate to disgusting, reminds me of when I found one of my neighbors toddlers playing in the sandbox......(errr....cat litter box) The cat stood by, bemused and puzzled, watching....

I should probably clarify that I'm not totally sure if I was actually caught in the act but they said they saw fly wings on my lips a couple of times lol. My siblings substantiate the story so I believe it more than the story about how they found me in a dumpster

It's Tuesday and this fits with SL:
Love You Till Tuesday by David Bowie
Just look through your window, look who sits outside Little me is waiting, standing through the night When you walk out through your door I'll wave my flag and shout
Ohh, beautiful baby My burning desire started on Sunday Give me your heart and I'll love you till Tuesday
Da da da dum (x4)
Who's that hiding in the apple tree, clinging to a branch Don't be afraid it's only me, hoping for a little romance If you lie beneath my shade, I'll keep you nice and cool
Ohh, beautiful baby I was very lonely till I met you on Sunday My passion's never-ending and I'll love you till Tuesday
Da da da dum (x7)
Let the wind blow through your hair, be nice to the big blue sea Don't be afraid of the man in the moon, because it's only me I shall always watch you until my love runs dry
Ohh, beautiful baby My heart's aflame, I'll love you till Tuesday My head's in a whirl and I'll love you till Tuesday Love, love, love, love you till Tuesday Love, love, love, love you till Tuesday
Da da da dum (x11)
Well, I might stretch it till Wednesday
