OK guys..a question concerning blogs. A few people have been nagging me to start one , and against my better judgement, I may do just that, to shut them up. Blogspot seems to be pretty popular. Is that a good place to start?

As good a place as anywhere.

Talon Faire is hosted on Blogspot- I have found it easy to use and it accepts HTML also which is handy for links and similar. There are bunches of gadgets you can add if you like that sort of thing - take a look at mine if curious. Others seem to favor wordpress, but I do not have experience other than as stated.

Blogger also offers the option for a collaborative effort, which might be of interest if you are intending to develop story lines, rather than just use it as an expanded Tweet to tell us what colour panties you are wearing, or to post vanity pics instead of here.

You will need to set it adult. People will click "It adult, you ok with dat?" and enter.

I had an illustrated story blog once. I do not recall if that was on wordpress or blogger.

re The PMG Parties: Actually they are very similar to Hangout gatherings. Mostly dancing, general banter and Linden bashing. Very little political discussion comes up there. We're about the same on the meter, Lil, and I have a good time when I go there. I think you would too.
