News flash from the Kidd household, somewhere in RL...

A large package from Newegg has arrived. When asked for comment, the Resident Geek said, "Woohoo! Clear off the kitchen table honey...and send out for pizza, this is gonna take a while."

Yay! Locked in my cave with bubblewrap and fresh newbs to play with. Life doesn't get any better than that.

I didn't say anything about the newbs. I'm concerned that you may be a danger to them if they don't come with a lifetime supply of bubblewrap.

But what if she wraps them up in it. All the newbs hanging from the ceiling like cocoons.

In fact, don't even go into The City ... just watch Law and Order.
Watching too many episodes of Law and Order is the reason I'm afraid to go to NYC.

If things don't work out there, I do have a domain where I can install whatever forum software we like and get into the bowels of it ourselves if need be. (It's on DreamHost; I've been there for years and years.)

I'm behind you in your effort, 3Ring. Just saying that if it doesn't work out at that place, there's an alternative. I can give you or whoever telnet (ssh) accounts.
I use Dreamhost too. In fact I recently set up a forum using one of their "One Click Install" utilities.

I just found myself in one of the music videos. I'm the one not moving (of course) wearing an Hawaiian shirt that appears at 2:59 into the video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e1Lh5aKFnMk).

I did not know a video was being made.
Ack! Who put that Tone Uriza sign up with the wrong aspect ratio? I clearly labeled the texture 3x4.

OK, you can watch "Friends", although that has always been a far more terrifying vision of The City than "L and O" if you ask me.

Oh geez! People...people...people!

I can't believe nobody mentioned it before now.

It's Chuck Norris' 69th birthday!

Happy Birthday Mr. Norris!

Fact: On his birthday, Chuck Norris blows out his candles by blinking.

Barney Miller would probably be closer.

I've never been able to stick with "Friends for more than 3 minutes - and that was forcing myself not to change the channel. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with it but somehow it's just never been able to hold my interest.

I remember Taxi as a pretty good show - I never come across it now though...

Another show I remember fondly but haven't run into re-runs of.
