 Want to know something? I didn't even know about the "click on the ad, it's good for the store" issue (other than the obvious way it helps by clicking on an ad and giving you a slurl so you can visit the store)...geez, I am such a dope. |

I am concerned with this Yahoo style forum Q&A that I have been reading about LL going to. If worse comes to worse and (Linden Gods Forbid) this forum is ever shut down I know the other is not the right fit for some that post in this thread. Not that they are not welcome, but they are just not comfortable. I move that if LL shuts down the forums as we know it and not everyone wants to move across the street that we get a free forum called "The Never Ending Thread" and mod it to feel safe for everyone at work or just safe from the drama. Hmm...There's two options already set up. One is my own Virtual Freebies forum, and the other was set up by Ludvaig Lindman...I'll have to get the URL from him again. _____________________

Good morning threadies!
I just want to share the good news - for those who care - that the renovations at my cafe are basically done! (I announced this on group IM last night too, forgive me but I'm excited about it.) I don't want to spam the thread with shameless self-promotion so I won't post them here, but there are a couple of pictures on my flickr page that show what the place looks like now. It's TOTALLY different. There will be a grand re-opening party some time in the next two weeks - I'll let everyone know who cares. I have other news too - tomorrow is my last day as a lawyer! Career change FTW! Hope everyone's doing great! _____________________
