I just tried to get one of them, but it's throwing a script error at me....I'm just running down the list of Slurls now.

and I'm bored of hunting already.

Is it the Greatest Love that's throwing the script error?

Try resetting the script, I'm being told.

Erm...both seemed fine for me. I'm being told to tell you to reset the scripts.

ETA: Also, won't work in no-script zones.

It was the givers that were throwing the errors at me, they didn't give me the huds... I got:

"Unofficial Greatest Love Hunt HUD: Unable to give inventory list: Cannot find destination
Unofficial Vain Kiss Hunt HUD: Unable to give inventory list: Cannot find destination"

OK...he changed out the scripts a couple of hours ago. He'll fix tonight when he gets home. Just as easier (or easier to me) to use the slurls list.

Hey, an actual question here.

I'm making a box. Well, more like a planter. I know how to hollow out the box...but how do I ensure there's still a bottom on the box?

Thank you.
What I do is make a prim that is slightly smaller than the planter which is soil textured and put it inside the hollow. I don't worry about a bottom because you never see it anyway. This way you get a nice planter with soil where the plants go and you only use 2 prims instead of 3 (most people want soil as well if they make a planter bottom).

I can send you an example in about 8 hours when I next get online if you would like me to. You can also see them at my home sim Watchman :)

Yep, been in the low 60's in NYC all day, had to have an ice cream sandwich to celebrate!

Have fun with Lindy Friday!

Thanks, Gabriele, that's a great idea! I was just thinking about how to put the soil texture in there. :)

Well yeah, but then dinner can also be called "breakfast" if you ate breakfast that day but skipped lunch, no?
When I was working the overnight shift, I frequently had breakfast for dinner and dinner for breakfast. It may have been awkward to refer to dinner as my breakfast, but that never stopped me from thinking that way :p

Yes...hollow, bottomless planters are all the rage this season.

You can actually do a planter with a lip on it, AND dirt inside, with only two prims.

1. Create a box. Texture the top side with a dirt texture. Texture the other sides with your planter texture.

2. Drag a copy of the box upward a little. Change the texture on this one so that all the sides use your planter texture.

3. Hollow this box out...it's going to be the lip around the top of the planter.

4. With Stretch Both Sides selected, make the box a little bigger all around than the box of dirt.

5. Size it as you want in the vertical direction to make your planter box lip

6. Slide it down over the top of your dirt box. Link the prims and name the object, for neatness.

It sounds like Jerry has accepted the challenge. How about the rest of you gentlemen? This could shape up into a Men In Silks Contest at the Hangout, followed by drinking, dancing, and fancy conversation.

Well, in the contestants' case, I guess we could allow the drinking part to come before the contest part. :D

But then all the dirt will fall out when you move it. :p

A llama in silk pajamas? Would that qualify? :D
He's pretty good at the fancy conversation and dancing, but my God, I'm not so sure about him in silks
