From: Tomas Gandini Give a home to the fleas in my hair A home for fleas A hive for bees A nest for birds There ain't no words For the beauty, the splendor, the wonder
I want it long, straight, curly, fuzzy Snaggy, shaggy, ratty, matty Oily, greasy, fleecy Shining, gleaming, streaming Flaxen, waxen Knotted, polka-dotted Twisted, beaded, braided Powdered, flowered, and confettied Bangled, tangled, spangled, and spaghettied!
Right - that right there, the above . .. um . .. I'm going to shave my head now with nair. I don't care if I'll look odd and people will point at me. A home for fleas/bees; shaggy/snaggy/ratty/matty/oily/greasy/polka-dotted . . .. Never! NEVER! OFF WITH THE HAIR - no place, do I have for bees, no place, do I have for fleas, go back to the trees, snaggy, matty, don't call me catty, but . . . no ratty hair for me shave my head, and make it gleam polished bare, no bed hair for me. Beam me up Scotty, I'm becoming rather snotty.

From: Colette Meiji “You know, a long time ago being crazy meant something. Nowadays everybody's crazy.” Yes, myself included. Maybe I need to invite you to my bi-monthly "Walk Like A Newb" party, where we all drop our AOs and run around my entire property newb walking. We all look like weirdos but it's so much fun

From: Aleister Montgomery There might be people who want voice. Most residents rather not, judging from forum threads and blog posts. Who knows. I'm not against new features, even if I personally won't use them, but I'm totally against using the life grid as a beta test environment.
The update that ruined the grid (once again) was done "In order to improve the voice experience". For a beta viewer, on the life grid, right before the weekend. I don't understand how a service provider can act this irresponsible.
Is there really no legal way to squeeze refunds out of LL? Advertising + tier costs for 2 days: $80, approx. loss of sales: $500. Getting back the ad + tier costs would already help a lot, not to compensate me but to educate LL. Some businesses only provide sufficient service when it financially hurts them if they don't. Well, LL will learn that too when a competitor shows up. Given ... 1. a recent court case where part of the TOS was deemed invalid; 2. LL recent gambling related admission that lindens having value $; 3. LL TOS that in some cases says it will give refunds of fees when they are at fault for down time; ...I think it is possible that LL could be held liable for loss of revenue when they are responsible for the bugs causing the loss of income. But you our your law firm would have to be willing to invest the resources and time it would take to go after them. A law firm looking to make headlines in internet virtual world legal precidents might be willing to do it just for the publicity value. All this is pure speculation on my part LMAO...

Can`t keep this client stable enough to make it worth using for a long period of time. Maybe some time later. Now Memory leaks are too much.

From: Morwen Bunin What here already on the forums was predicted, I saw this weekend happen in the welcome area... someone getting fully attacked because she did not have voice. It was disturbing to watch Morwen. What happened? I haven't run into that many people using voice. She was attacked because she wasn't using voice? Can you tell us more about this incident..it sounds truly weird. I like and use the voice but I also like and use the chat. I find they are useful at different times; I use it mostly to keep in touch with my partner as a voice IM so we can talk and be private too.

From: Star Quintus Yer.. It would be nice that LL actually listen to its players. Fix all the problems now before adding more.
I would also recommend them banning free accounts without credit info or any of that information. Firstly, to verify their age and to prevent alot of problems. And ofcourse. Make the game alot more stable.
I suggest you contact EVE Online/CCP for advice. LMAO good point. EVE dev's actually play the game side-side with its customers and actually keep track of what is said on their forums and actaully have teams to monitor players ideas and suggestions and give lots of feedback, performace and stability is always a issue being worked on and constantly improved over there...one reason I still PAY AND PLAY for EVE. Seems like LL dev's play the game but dont care to fix the bugs/errors, performance etc. I took a look at the patch notes and holy crap! all I can say is WOW do they have a bugged game! theres a patch out every two weeks!!!! from the launch of the game to this DATE! thats insane! But its to the point where I dont think LL really cares what the majority/minority say about a feature they add. Its a high-time for LL and SL with all the media attention there are getting and of course you have to take advantage of that. Personally I couldnt believe the performance and stability of SL when I first tried it...its horrible, no way i'd pay for a half broken product!!! Thats just BAD business practice and considering some people pay THOUSANDS of real dollars to them...you'd think that the game would be top notch or at least with fewer problems than it already has. Like think about that...$1000's of real cash :/ I pity those poor fellas...but rich fellas LOL =D Its like going to a dealer and buying a used car...only downside is that 2 days later you start to see all the problems with the car..reaction? You get a new car. In this case play/find a new game. The first day I had multiple crashes and since then I crash EVERY DAY!!! You have to restart your comp/client every couple hours?!?! This is no game I'd pay real money for just because of the simple fact that LL seems to be more stuck up on adding new features to SL then fixing all the problems that reside (which is horribly wrong and I just cannot understand for the love of me why an established company like themselves would dig a hole that big and just jump in with no way out) The 'snowball' effect is happening to SL. You see thats part of human life...if humans see a problem GRADUALLY forming they say 'ehh its a small problem right now, forget about it' but if humans see a problem that effects them to the degree that it effects their everyday life or makes a impact on the quality of life..then humans seem to react and react quickly and it seems thats the only damn time they do, when its too late. Its like putting a frog in cold water and heating it up to a boil very gradually, the frog will just sit there. Put a frog in a pot of boiling water, it jumps out right away. point is...LL is like this frog. Lag, performace, stability is an issue but to them its small so who cares about it. The game still works and runs...right?!?! (well to a certain degree) bottom line...LL really need to take priority over some issues and resolve them. In a way I can see why SL 'lags' alot and has the performance it does. Probably more on the users side though. SL pushes your comp to alot of its limits, alot of memory and performance. With a custom world the user is able to manipulate any way they'd like really can cause ALOT of issues for users with lower-end computers. I cannot sit here and say that LL is NOT working on these issues but for real how long does it take??? Really long I guess when theres that many bugs/fixes to be fixed or implented.
