Then he saw a picture of your Do .. ![]() Now that would have a given him a laugh at least. At least my Do, as you call it, isn't a self-righteous, condescending, sanctimonious, supercilious prig, I mean wig. |

I thought you said you were Brenda. No, only one part of her warped personality. The Brenda part keeps a lot to herself, thankfully. |

This argument is so exhausting and really irrelevant. No one is saying anything new. Just the names have changed. Voice is here and will be added to the main client very soon. According to a Vivox representative Voice should now be available grid wide. So if you go to a sim with the First Look client running, you have the necessary hardware (headset preferably) and it’s been enabled you should see a little white dot above your avatars head. Look for others with same dot and say “Hello”. Or don’t. No different then the social process with type. You either talk to people or you don’t. Those running voice also have the chat text window and can respond to typed chat too. Now regardless of all the horror stories of non-voicers being ignored by voicers, I’ve just not seen it. I was at Help Island last night and there were at least a half dozen people with voice enabled and there were long stretches of no talking just typing. Funny every once in a while some one would say “is voice working?” It’s just not the plague that a hand full of over zealous, anti-voice posters want you to believe.
That’s my report from the field. Carry on. |

Okay, I give up, who's Mandy? And does her hair have a friend? Mandy was the one who was entertained by Brenda... if hair was involved I don't know (Oh my goosh, this sounds so wrong!!!) |
