Nice! Hey, maybe you'd be willing to take on the hat eating challenge? We can even start it at 300L$ which as you just noted, it just passed. If in one month we are at a stronger value I'll eat a virtual hat, if the value is lower, you'll eat one. Deal?

Might even be 298 soon. Only +1 when you started the Original Post and by this weekend we'll see the normal gains.

Yea, but after the pop continues to go down, the store owners will begin the dump which will bring the value back down.

But anyways, would you like to take on the hat eating challenge? If you are sure of yourself, what could it hurt? And even if you end up being wrong, who cares? It is just a game.

I think I'll pass and hold out for an offer from a more credible and formidable opponent.

Thank you for the offer anyways :)

I don't play silly games and if I did it would be with my kids. Maybe you could ask them instead.

Ok, I see, you are scared. I understand, I would be to with your prediction. Svar had no problem saying he would meet me to eat a hat. So I guess he's a child as well?

What is this? National "Nyar nyar nyar... you're a scaredy-cat" day?

Awww. Your kids can play if they have an avatar and think the L$ is going to gain value. How cute...

This thread is dead. I'll bring it back up in a month when I collect on your reputations after the L$ is 300+. You don't even need to eat a hat, I'll be on here making plenty of fun of you all! Muhaha!

Blatent trolling now... I feel pity for you.

Actually, I don't... I don't feel anything for someone who's spent the last 4 days desperately trying to panic people into selling, insulting people left, right and center, acting like a troll and a child, trying to goad people into taking dares and finally coming out with one of the most pitiful attempts at flaming that I've ever seen...

But, despite your myriad violations of ToS, I'm not reporting you... you've provided way too much entertainment to people here to do that. (but that doesn't mean others will be feeling quite so generous :) )

What reputations? You're the only one staking a reputation on anything... not that you HAVE a reputation to stake on anything...

No, I'll still be posting, just not on this thread. Now that all I get is flames and the same old same old from most of you, it seems pretty pointless. And those that think I did/tried to panic anyone, ROFLMAO!

You may not have reported me, but I DID report you :)

See you in a month on this same thread when I get to rub the value of the L$ in your face when it is well above 300+. LOL. Nite.

Yes my kids are cute and no they don't "play" second life as it is an adult game. That's not even the way I play it as most of the time I spend hours at a time making things for my store.

Do something instead of posting all day and night long.

Over 100 posts and you're only a few days old, trying scare people into selling. What do you think people are going to say??? Many of these people on here spend a lot of their time making content for second life and do deserve a good value on the Lindex. Then they see some person saying its time to sell now, when they've invested real money in this game and real time.

If people like you wouldn't flame and respond over and over again with put downs and fllames, this thread would be well down the thread list by now. Get a life? Insult. Reported. I warned you all several times. Have a good one :P

Well now that the L$ seems to be back on track after its rebalancing, it should slowly lose value from here, but at a slower rate than it was a couple of months ago. The value will gain during peek hours then get lower at other times. So, maybe 303-306 by early Friday, then it should gain a couple of points by Saturday/Sunday due to high population, then lose those points again by Monday and then lose an extra point on Tuesday and slowly lose value form there, repeat. But naturally this would depend on population growth. But with all variables remaining the same, that should be about right. I don't see any big losses or gains in L$ value coming, just a slow decline from here. +/-3%.

You seem to be good with and enjoy statistics. What do you think?

As promised I am giving an update but am very tired so hope this makes sense. Last week there was very little change from Monday to Wednesday data on the amount of L$ for sale from L$280/1 and above. Following that $32,000 came out of the float by Sunday night. This week the change from Monday to Wednesday data on the amount from L$280/1 and above was about a $10,000 increase. It would appear more people are taking profits with these bargin rates because we are actually slightly ahead of last weeks total by now. Should the buying continue, and the population certainly supports it, if selling were to mirror last week the exchange rate would be L$271/1 by Sunday night. Is this likely to happen? Who knows last week at this time the exchange rate was L$325/1 and nobody thought it would go to L$296/1 but it did. Interestingly enough the point drop would be about the same, but seeing the added selling pressure by people wanting to profit from these great rates I would say the rate will fall somewhere in between say L$285/1 and this is just a SWAG.

*throws some steaks on the thread to grill*

A little flame is good for steak, not so good for anything else.

Closes thread: Flaming & Trolling
