Nice spin, but not quite correct (at least not in this case). Were this actually a country/nation, these 'progressive causes' would have both merit and legitimacy. Since this is, in fact, a corporation and a product offering, they have neither. Customers of a service product have the rights accorded to them by the laws of their respective states/countries, waived or abridged as per click-through agreement (EULA), no more, no less. If you want to see this change, you need to lobby the courts, not Linden Labs. My only quibble with this cienna, is that based on stamtents made by phil, LL is trying to get out of the aministration business. They may be looking for ways to shufle off the running of SL inot a community type givernemnt, and thus reduce thier need to spend money an effort policing. So what happens when the corprations goal is to create a player governent? Granted thats an assumption, but its not an irrational one. _____________________

It's also purely rhetorical and a meaningless thing to say. Many who oppose your ideas do so in a very intellectual way and have arrived at their positions through much thought and debate. You can "intellectualize" this however you like but in the end you've still said basically that anyone who doesn't agree with you is either a moron or has something wrong with them.
