I think the real answer is that it varies. It's definately illegal in New Zealand and the Netherlands, probably in the UK depending on what constitutes a pseudo-photograph.

Treads lightly here. I think it would be in the best interest of all to not only realize the reality of the situation but to deal with it. No kids means no child porn. In a perfect world sure, but we don't live in a perfect world.

I hate to be the one to throw in a dash of reality here but there are kids on the main grid. There always have been. Some get caught and get taken to the teen grid, others get banned.
