If two adults have (virtual) porn/sex as/with Child AV's is that considered as "child pornography" by Lindenlabs?

I really need to know this simple question. I have read all the stuff about the legal things and some explenations about it but it does not address this one question:

If two adults have porn as/with Child AV's is that considered as "child pornography" by Lindenlabs?

Thats the only thing we realy need to know if we want to report it to the right authorities.
