They were not picked for their popularity, they were picked for a wide variety of reasons. if it were purely a popularity contest, that would be a very different list. Cris, she was directing that at me and being clever enough not to name names. Apparently, she thinks I am full of myself - head up my own ass- whatever because I call people on their consistent bullshit and sometimes try to explain reality to people. All of this she mistook as me stroking my own ego and whatnot.

You were just one of those suggesting that a person should ease off - before they know who it is proper to say bad things about and who it isn't. I HATE THAT. You might well imagine I would, being one of the people a group of others has long considered it perfectly okay - i.e., "telling it like it is" - to say bad things about. The "you" was generic (though you were part of this problem of telling the newbies who don't agree with you that they should "be careful"  . I realize it wasn't you who AR'd the post, and I never thought you had ever AR'd anyone. You have never piled on me, and you have always been a perfect gentleman to me. Jennyfur, I keep trying to explain to her that what I say isn't personal to her. Of course it isn't!
